Their online banking is atrocious, literally a throw back to 20 years ago. Their app is also terrible. I just had a mobile deposit get declined, yet no explanation for why. I tried calling to determine what the issue was..... Got an our of country call center. I've never had a deposit declined by Wells Fargo, Capital One, or my Credit Union. The only reason I bank here is because my uncle did and I set up his estate account here. I can hardly wait to close that account and wash by hands of MW.

My mortgage was very complex and had lots of moving parts. First off, I'm self employed, and all of us self employed people fear the loan process. Second, my purchase was contingent upon multiple other escrows closing. Third, I lived out of state and did this all over email and telephone. Bo did an amazing job, he was organized, communicated every little detail, helped me in the areas I didn't understand. I would say that if you need an incredible mortgage company, you better call Platinum. If you want a great mortgage consultant you better ask for Bo Chalich when they pick up. My loan process was a lot of work, but in the end my wife and I got our awesome new home in lovely Coeur d'Alene Idaho. During the course of paying the loan on my truck I never once received a payment receipt. Recently…read moreI paid off my loan after talking to someone who never once mentioned any delinquency in my account. 2 weeks after paying my loan off, they reported the account delinquent to the credit reporting agencies. When I called, I was told the delinquency was some time ago, but they could not notify me, due to legal reasons. Their website portal where I paid my bill every month never showed me as behind on any payments and nobody ever contacted me. So now they screwed my credit report on a paid loan. I would never do business with them again, nor recommend anyone to do business here.
