It saddens me to see some of the same trouble makers still running the Ellensburg branch. This one…read moreemployee objected to my mere presence, my supposed ethnic background, my physical limitations, so during the pandemic, we are all in the drive through. I was behind some one very slow. I mentioned how this always happens to me. NO I swore like sailor because this clerk was at the window. The branch manager in her Meth induced haze, wrote a letter to all staff putting me on "watch that one, make trouble." I closed my account. It's real sad to see this manager in control of other community organizations. She's the swear word.

Since we had no idea what we were doing we originally were going to go with Rocket Mortgage, so glad we decided to go with a local lender. Greg has great knowledge of the local market and walked us through the whole process. The crowning moment was when we were having issues with an over enthusiastic inspector who was nit picking over a small area of the side of the house have chipped paint and Greg (and his wife) painted the house for us so we could close and move in!
