Just as described in their website. Staff is there to assist when need. As in they provide a toothbrush free of charge when one us forgot to pack on of last visit. The only thing negative things I could say is the lighting in the elevator is dull. Is like being at a nightclub. The other, directions getting here from the Interstate is a little tricky.
