After paying a large deposit for a fire pit and backyard landscaping project, the communication stopped almost entirely. I never received the plans, materials list, or any follow-up information that was promised before the work began. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no returned calls and no updates. The project was scheduled to be completed this week, yet no one ever showed up, and to this day I have not received a phone call or my deposit back. This level of unprofessionalism from Ally and Ryan has been incredibly frustrating and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Blue Ridge Landscaping Solutions. I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB and the Contractors Licensing Board to document what happened and hopefully prevent others from going through the same situation. I feel completely taken advantage of and am deeply disappointed in how this company handled, or failed to handle my project.
