I understood that tree roots would make the repairs more difficult, but I never expected the work to drag on for four weeks. Communication from ISR was extremely poor. I received only one email before the final bill. The first technician made multiple trips for parts for what appeared to be a fairly straightforward repair, and it took the entire day to fix only one sprinkler. Afterward, I was left to fill in the hole in my front yard and reseed the area myself. They returned a week later to start the second repair, but that job also took all day and was still not completed. When they came back again, they found another leak. The area was dug up and left that way for two weeks. I had to remove the pile of dirt they left on my grass to prevent it from killing the lawn underneath. The original bill was more than $1,100. Even after a discount, the total was still over $800--an amount I find completely unreasonable given the delays, lack of communication, incomplete work, and cleanup I had to handle myself. This entire experience was frustrating and far more drawn out than it should have been. I cannot and will not recommend ISR to anyone.

I messaged Valley Garden Services informing them of my overgrown backyard needing serviced. They arrived within my requested hours and were friendly. They damaged my two gutter downspouts and left without notice because of a supposed swarm of wasps. I crutched out there afterwards and no swarm was found. The next day I had the area inspected and all my plant buckets moved. No swarm was ever found. Here is the message I received from them before crutching out to inspect my backyard: "Sorry we left, unfortunately we couldn't finish the areas near the bucket due to safety concerns. Me and my worker, who so happens to be my cousin, are deathly allergic to wasps, and a large swarm was building."

He had promised to have it completed by July 3rd because we had guests coming over for the Fourth of July, but he didn't get it completed until the end of the following week, so we had to cancel our plans. We have Inadequate sprinkler coverage which has lead to dead grass, poor grading, he only planted 1 correct tree out of the 3 species I provided him a list for. He damaged a fence post which he replaced after getting the color wrong the first time, and then stated he cemented it in which it isn't. I was hoping for great customer service and the best lawn around. I made approx 6 calls throughout the summer for different issues. I left messages but never received a return call. I once asked to have the owner call me back; nothing, crickets! I also did not see any improvement in my yard. They give you the song and dance about their chemicals; it's all hogwash! I'm so tired of big talkers and no service. You guys act like you're sooooo busy! Maybe so, but keep in mind the economy will turn one day, then you will see the repercussions of bad service. I suggest not wasting your hard earned dollars with this company. Lots of others to choose from! (less expensive and much better customer service) Please don't call me back this spring, I'm done with your company!
