They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. He was told that it wasn't ready, we got a call 30 min later saying my dress was done. I went to pick it up and was instructed that my dress was dry cleaned (without my knowledge), and the hemming was completed this morning. $170 for my dress to be hemmed an inch maybe inch and half the stitching looks like my 5 year old did it, and my dress is ripped. I also requested that I get some of my money back, if not all as the dry cleaning was not asked for and the hemming looks terrible. The owner refused to give me anything back. We found out today that a tailor in Holly Springs would only have charged $80 for the alterations to be done... seeing as how we only paid $60 for one of the dresses and for $50 for the other dress, this was just crazy. If you have any other place you know of, go there, do not give them your business. It was ridiculous, and after 2 times of zipping up the dress, the seen part of the zipper that adheres it to the dress started coming undone. I'm just so not happy with the quality or pricing.
