She is a total joy to work with, she really listens to your needs and sees what needs to be done to a gown to make it really look and fit its best. Victoria did amazing work on my bridal gown. I had a ton of beading, lace and detail and her work was flawless. From the length to the fit, it was perfect! She even fixed a small hole in the underarm. She was easy to work with, easy to communicate with and upfront will all costs. She even took a video of the bustle for reference on my wedding day. Victoria did alterations on my wedding dress and her work is absolutely phenomenal! From the start, she was very easy to work with in terms of communication, scheduling appointments and getting a price quote. My dress needed strap alterations, a front hem, and a bustle. At my first consultation she showed me three different bustle styles and helped me decide which was right for me. I just picked up my dress yesterday and could not be happier with the results! Victoria made my dress tailoring the easiest part of my wedding planning!! I was a bride coming from out of town back to my hometown, and she worked with me every step of the way. Victoria is an absolute lifesaver! I was supposed to get married pre-COVID and had my wedding dress altered with another person. Once COVID hit and we had to reschedule, I popped my dress in the bag and didn't take time to look at it until this past month. When I tried it on and realized it didn't fit, I contacted Victoria. She responded extremely quickly and was able to get me in to work on it. When I arrived and put on my dress, we noticed all these areas where my dress was incorrectly cut around the appliqués and lace by the previous seamstress. I was so upset but she assured me she would fix it! Four weeks later, I was able to pick up my dress and it is PERFECT! She was able to fix all the mistakes (can't tell they ever happened) and also made it fit me perfectly. I cannot wait to be able to wear it and know that everything was done properly. For reference, she had to redo the hem, redo the bustle, undo where it was improperly taken in and redo that again, and also had to take up the shoulder straps. Victoria is an amazing seamstress! She was very professional, responsive and is very talented! I highly recommend her for wedding dress alterations. About two months before my wedding, I tried on my wedding dress and it was too big. Even though time was tight and the dress had quite a lot of beading, Victoria was confident that she could make the alterations in time. She was spot on with her measurements and the dress fit perfectly on the first fitting post alterations! Victoria is absolutely the best! I love, love, love my dress. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, smart, reasonable. She can do it all! At somewhat the last minute early May I decided to have a formal dress made for a Black Tie affair in Washington DC. Thru several phone calls I was referred to Victoria's Bridal. This was a very, very lucky day for me. I'm 6ft and full figured. I had not purchased the fabric, didn't know exactly what style dress etc. I called Victoria and she set up a consult for me the next day. I talked about what I wanted and she sketched. In minutes my dress came alive. She assisted me with fabrics and even took time to visit a few fabric shops with me. I delivered my fabric to her 17 May and advised her I would be out of the country until early June but needed the final dress NLT 18 June. I had my first fitting of a fully lined dress 4 days later, 21 May, and the dress was simply beautiful and fit perfectly with minor adjustments required. We set my final fitting for the day after I returned, 9 June. I had that fitting today and not one adjustment was needed. I HAVE MY DRESS and its beautiful!!! I could not be happier and Victoria did this all while assisting a number of brides with critical reconstructions and alterations. She also assisted me with shoe and jewelry choices. I'm a 35 year retired Air Force Colonel and I've encountered many people all over the world, Victoria is beyond excellent, she's just amazingly talented, caring and committed.
