I called the office to explain the problem and was told by the desk person that she didn't understand what I was saying and made it very difficult to communicate to her . We ask for a call back and there was a delay on their part. As time passed something needed to be done and we arranged with another vet to see our dog and she passed. So we learned that if you questions about prescribed meds at this office you may not get an answer. We and are dog deserved better.

When I finally got her back, she immediately peed for a very long time and then drank water nonstop -- clear signs she hadn't been let out or given water all day. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they "don't take dogs out" because the parking lot is too dangerous, and they "don't always leave water" because dogs could get wet. That explanation is absolutely unacceptable for a veterinary clinic. Providing water and bathroom breaks are the most basic standards of care, and if they can't safely do that, they shouldn't be taking in pets for all-day stays. To make things worse, they also almost forgot the main reason for my dog's appointment -- to discuss her anxiety medication. After nearly ten hours there, I had to remind them why she was even being seen. This experience completely broke my trust. I will not be returning and plan to file a formal complaint with management. Warning to other pet owners: If you leave your dog here for any extended period of time, know that they will not take them out or ensure they have water. Please think twice before leaving your pet in their care.

We never have to stay long in the waiting room and can get right into the treatment room. We've received fantastic care for him over the years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Beside the quality care, I like the fact that they are close (as my dog has aged he is not very tolerant of long car trips) and have a nice area outside for him to do his business before the visit. I also appreciate that they take digital payment, and even now allow payment right in the treatment room.

Separately, my father took his dog Lucky in to be put down several months back and the bedside manner of the veterinarian was disgusting. He was joking around with us during the appointment and said "Oh he's already gone" in a gross tone after my father through tears said "you'll be at the rainbow bridge soon". I am so angry with the awful quality of care and work they do at this place I am keeping myself from walking in and tearing everyone a new ass.
