Here, you park and text the staff, and they will come get you and your pet to come in. There is no sitting in a waiting room with other animals. You get to go into a nice, clean, exam room. I've lived in multiple states and have visited countless vets - this establishment absolutely blew me away. Dr. Ramm is a no nonsense type of doctor, straight to the point and I really appreciate that. Prices were reasonable and what I paid for a tumor removal actually ending up being under the initial estimate. That never happens. My dog instantly liked everyone she came in contact with. They got me in for surgery within days, post surgery was a breeze and the incision has healed seamlessly. I'm so relieved to have found a vet worth trusting in omaha. Highly recommend. On 2016 and 2017 we took our standard poodle in for acupuncture treatments sometimes twice a week at 79 dollars each visit plus the cost of X-rays , so not cheap. She was diagnosed with spondylosis at previous vet which did not do acupuncture treatments. In 2017 we determined it was time to euthanize her. We made appointment and took her in late afternoon. The back room was so loud you would think they were having a party - not relaxing at all. The tech came in and gave my poodle a shot which should have quieted her brain and relaxed her. Instead my poodle became more agitated and even tried to jump off the table! We have no idea what they even gave her but it was not right! The doctor then came in and said that the shot would probably be enough to have her die in her sleep overnight. Not so! My poodle went on to live two more weeks and I slept on the carpet with her feeling guilty for what we had put her thru. I then took her to another vet where she went peacefully like it should have been from the beginning. Two weeks later we got a bill from Rockbrook for the job they never did. I went in to pay it and told them how I felt but they are heartless people and didn't care. I would NEVER take my loved pet to this place. I should have sued them for malpractice. I have a service dog, black lab (Lady), who went to Rockbrook. My experiences with Rockbrook from 2018-2020 have been nothing but positive. Lady is my right arm and I do not trust just anyone with her, I trust rockbrook with her health and wellbeing. The staff are compassionate, considerate, reassuring and accommodating. We have been taking our pets here for about seven years. It hasn't always been for simple things either. When our Doberman was coming to the end of his life they were so supportive. Offered him care above and beyond. When our Dachshund was having an emergency they got us in. Continued to help us with laser therapy. Ultrasound therapy. Acupuncture and found us a pet chiropractor. The complete and overwhelming care they take with each of our pets has made hard days easier. They also work with a lot of local rescue groups. We have fostered many times and offer to care for the pets while they are in our foster home. read more

Dr. Ramm and the staff at Rockbrook are the best. I love my dogs more than I love most humans, and their health is extremely important to me. One of my dogs has congestive heart failure and needs a lot of care. Dr. Ramm always spends as much time as needed to diagnose new issues and discuss options. He is never rushed to move on. He is thorough, kind, professional, and he honestly cares about the health of his patients. Dr, Ramm saved our big newf, Kodah several years ago with a stem cell replacement. I couldn't believe it! Kodah was a gonner, 150 pounds of love that couldn't stand up or even move, torn muscles in both rear legs. Those big brown trusting eyes. I slept with him outside on our patio at night, he was used to being our bed, that's the least I could do. It was a process, but I got a puppy attitude and "better than new" Kodah back into our home. I stopped going to this vet literally just because of the front desk staff. The lady was so rude. I used to like this place and the vets but I realized when I went to a different vet what I had been missing out on. I was offered more solutions in one visit to a different vet than I had been offered in two years here. All this place does is try to take your money out of your hands as fast as possible and charges more than other better places do. If you're in the CUSTOMER service business, I don't know maybe be a little nicer? Really embarrassing that they are losing people because of their staff. Don't even waste your time at this place unless you want to be talked at and waste your money. read more

We have two boxers that have been going to RAC for some time now. We are really happy going there. From the minute you walk in you can tell these people like animals. The receptionists are always very friendly when we get there, the techs knowledgeable, and the doctor(Dr. Ram) very thorough! This Review is long overdue; I have been coming to RAC for nearly 8 years with my two Maltese and Shibon. They have seen us through many surgeries for a Rescue Maltese who had Canine Mammary Cancer to getting a new dog who required two surgeries to correct knee surgeries. This dog is also an Allergy dog and requires injections every two to three weeks once in cycle. We have been welcomed and respected from the onset and we LOVE the Vets and Staff!! They give us so much more than we could ask for as far as support, information, unbiased opinions and fair advise on an aging dog. I feel so comfortable, supported and informed and can't imagine going anywhere else for my dogs' needs. My oldest dog will turn 16 in March and I know she has lived this long due to her great care and from the concern and genuine love from the Staff. We're new pet parents and have been over the top with questions when it comes to our pup! We've seen both Dr. Vipond and Dr. Kyle and both have been extremely patient and helpful. We've had to bring him in a few times outside is routine care and continue to be very pleased with the service we receive each visit. We also had a visit to an emergency vet recently and they reached out to check up on Lincoln a few days later. When we told them things weren't going so well, the squeezed us in for a follow up appointment the next day. I continue to be impressed with Rockbrook Animal Clinic. We've taken our Chinese Sharpei Dudley there for nearly eight years but the visits have increased in frequency as Dudley grows older. We've been seen by several different vets and number of different technicians and they've always been informative and kind and sincere. We always leave feeling like we have the most special dog but I'm sure everyone leaves feeling the same way after being treated so well. And even after multiple visits we still keep learning new things about Dudley and how to best to care for him. I appreciate that they are committed to making sure both dog and owner are able to care for one another. In the last few visits we've had to have conversations about Dudley's last few years, his quality of life, what to do if his symptoms worsen, etc. and the doctors are extremely kind and compassionate. I'm thankful for their compassion and straightforwardness as we have those conversations. Even though they've seen thousands of aging dogs and had hours of conversations with their owners, it always feels like we're getting the best of their attention and kindness. The vets have always been great with my dogs, and have taken time to listen to every question I had. I have 2 shih tzus and a big goofy black lab. Every one of the doctors and vet techs are EXTREMELY nice and super caring! This clinic is SO clean and never smells bad unlike some vet clinics. The receptionists are very nice and always welcome you with a smile. Also, one of the perks is that this place is very reasonable on pricing AND they have such updated technology including digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, etc. Make sure you say hi to the cat or kitten in the adoption room! I took my new cat to the this clinic because she was sneezing and to get her rabies shot. I found the staff to be unfriendly and rude at times. Even though, cat had a temperature, was feeling warm, and sneezing, the vet decided that she was going to be fine and didn't prescribe anything for her obvious infection. I was also displeased with how they handled the cat. I will never return to this place. read more

Mediocre. I've seen better clinics. Vets are informative but not the friendliest. Prices aren't the best. They will charge for an office visit for the slightest procedure and try to jack up your bill any way they can. They sent me a bill for 6.00 when they knew I was coming back for an appt. In 2 weeks.The office is very plain and not updated. They don't have any knowledge of holistic alternatives and offered to declaw my cats which really upset me because that is a barbaric practice. We have taken our pets to Rockbrook Animal Clinic for years. Dr. Ramm, Dr. Kyle and Dr. Vipond and their staff are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and really care about animals. When we had to have our darling elderly very ill Maltese put to sleep they could not have been any more respectful and kind to us. We had that pet many more years than expected because of their outstanding care. At the end each doctor came in and expressed their sympathy and seemed truly sorry for us.
