It's unfortunate that I have to write this review regarding this company because it's really about Greg. I made an order for a few shirts and hats for my business. When I asked greg if he could do this he had no problem saying yes and agreed to the do the work. I wasn't given an exact time frame so I followed up last week and he said it would be done today 6/22/20. Below is the email exchange between him and myself but before you read, you need to know that I called him because I wasn't appreciating his tone in the email. When I called him he cursed me out and hung up the phone on me. Telling me that I was an asshole, go fuck myself, and to go use drugs. He also threatened me to come by his location so he can fight me. I can't speak about their work, but I can speak about his character. Greg was unprofessional in every sense of the word which was much different from our initial conversation last week when he was taking my order and money. Greg made threats to me and cursed me out for no reason at all. I hope he doesn't treat his employees this way. His wife Sylvia was very apologetic for his comments and behavior. Lastly, he said to leave him a review and that I can go fuck myself. So I'm doing just as he asked and leaving a review. Don't be fooled by Greg's reply either to this review. If you couldn't do the work then you shouldn't accept the job. If it's one-piece or a hundred pieces, you have to act professionally and treat people with respect. I needed a last minute holiday item embroidered and after searching through Yelp I gave this place a shot. Boy did I luck out. The owner, Greg, and his crew gave me first class service and I couldn't be happy with their work. They have the equipment to handle large orders, and still the professionalism to care for smaller ones like mine. I called my usual embroidery shop location and they didn't provide this service nor had any recommendations. GREG, THIS IS FOR YOU!! I am an administrative assistant and was instructed by my owner to request 2 sample shirts before placing our first order since this was a new company. I sent Greg 1 email requesting sample shirts and once we received them I was sure to let him know how pleased we were with them and proceeded to give him our first (of many) orders. Apparently this order was too small to ever ask for sample shirts. Our company orders thousands of shirts per year but we always do it in small incriminates throughout the year. However the quantity of shirts should not be taken into consideration since we have never used this company before. Greg was extremely foul in his email response back to me when I not only told him how much we liked the shirts, but told him an order I would like placed. I ended up in tears after reading his email response because of how horrible he made me feel. Not only will my company never give Greg or everlasting embroidery a DOLLAR, but I will post this review so hopefully other people will not as well. Terrible customer service. I have used this Company for some time now. I am a small business owner. I have probably spent a little over $4,000.00 with them over the past year. They have embroidered T-Shirts, Fleece, and Jackets for me. All of the lighter color Fleece that they embroidered have a funny circle around the logo. I let that go. Another time, they had my garments for over a week. After about a week and half I started showing up. The owner Greg kept promising me "Tomorrow" Well this went on for the entire second week of them in possession of my garments. I work in Aviation and travel often so I just gave up at that point and sent my husband on a Friday of the second week to pick up the promised garments. Well my husband arrived on that Friday at 4pm. The website said they were open to at least 5pm. Well they apparently closed early due to the owners (Greg) Birthday. Now everyone deserves to take time off, especially for their Birthday. however, how about call your customers that have been waiting for their stuff and let them know to come Monday instead of Friday??? That wasn't what ended this relationship. I sent my husband with items I needed embroidered for a very large Aviation Convention (NBAA). My husband made it super clear that I needed these items for a certain day because I will be taking these items to the Convention for my business. Greg said "Okay, Okay, No Problem". I went to pick the items up. Well we could not locate my items when I walked in. I was panicked at this point and already had a bad feeling. I walked up to the front of the store, and looked at some boxes in the front over by the door. And to my surprise there were all my items!!! NOT EMBROIDERED!!!! Well I was totally screwed for my Convention. It looks like Greg just threw my items on the box and they never made it passed the front door. LOL. How can you treat customers like this? I'm a small business to. If I treated people like this I wouldn't have clients! THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANYTHING TO TRY AND FIX WHAT THEY DID or WHAT THEY DIDN'T DO. LOL. My daughter-in-law wanted to get some tennis shoes embroidered. That is very hard thing to do with regular embroidery machines, because embroidery shops don't do tennis shoes. I was referred to Everlasting Embroidery because I was informed they were quick and can complete the job with no issues. Now I wish I never used them because it has been a headache to do business with them. Greg is the owner and sadly does not believe in providing excellent customer service. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and uses foul language. His wife Sylvia is an absolute sweetheart and I prefer to deal with her than Greg. She is wonderful! I brought a 58 piece polo T-shirt order to them to be completed and when I came back to pick up the order I noticed the wrong thread color was used. I called Greg and brought this issue up to his attention and he flipped out on me saying" I don't need this sh*t! I am not making money off this order". Greg then hung up the phone on me. 30 minutes later he called me back to apologize for his action. He then informed me that he was having a bad day. I told him his behavior was unacceptable and I didn't appreciate how he handled the situation. I knew Greg was involved in an accident recently and I felt bad for the guy so I let it go. I decided to give EE another try and brought a jacket and tote bag order to them. I asked if he can do a same day order and he said he could. I called later them to follow up on the order and he flipped out saying the jobs are not F'in done and I don't need this sh*t and hung up the phone on me. So I decided to make a trip to the office to find out what was going on. When I arrived he was not irate at the time but I told him if the job couldn't be completed same day that it was ok. I just simply need communication. I also brought up how he originally spoke to me over the phone. I told him his behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. I am a paying customer and he really didn't needs to be so disrespectful towards me. He started to get loud and angry and proceed to tell me "don't tell me how to run my business". The tote bags appeared to be completed but the jackets were not. Greg gave me the completed bag order and I proceed to walk out to my car. Greg came out to my car with the incomplete jacket order and handed it to me and told me to "have a nice life". I was under the impression he was going to complete the job but I guess that wasn't the case. With that being said, I will kindly to take Greg's advice and I will continue to have a nice life but I will take my business elsewhere. I took a minute to scroll through his other reviews and I can definitely relate to the others. I too wish I could give him 0 stars but I feel sorry for him so I will give him 1 star. I also do want to mention I bring EE multiple orders but these last several incidents have been ridiculous. If you are reading this I would NOT recommend them. Fantastic place! I will only use EE from now on even though they are a bit further than the last place I used. Why? Communication is unmatched-getting a quote to customers for an embroidery job needs to be swift, and EE never even went a biz. day before getting back to me. Prices are very good, but not so low it makes me think there's any skimping on quality. Their work is awesome as well. After pulling 2 jobs from my old embroiderer, I am so glad I found Greg at Everlasting Embroidery. Almost immediately, I got the "warm and fuzzy" that I found somebody that was good and also nice. Quality of small lettering is very, very important to me and the attention to detail was great. He did 2 jobs for me including one job that was 45 pieces that also needed a new digitizing file.
