Fusion is near my home and upon calling they were super friendly and accommodating. I decided to go into a consultation with Dr. Grover. I was seen within 5-10 minutes of being there. The office is super clean and relaxing. Dr. Grover came in, introduced himself and answered all my silly questions. I had plenty, he never once looked annoyed. He listened to me, validated my concerns and offered solutions. He then asked if I would be willing to get adjusted today. He noticed my hesitation and said we can stop the adjustment at any moment if I don't feel comfortable. That truly meant a lot to me. He was super gentle and explained everything he was doing. It was instant relief. Once he got to my neck, as scared as I was, it actually wasn't that bad. It felt so dang good. The next day I returned for a massage and man, it was THE perfect follow up to the adjustment. They actually do a massage + adjustment deal if you do it the same day. I went in for a quick adjustment and he put everything back in place. No pain, no uncomfortable feeling afterwards, like a walk in the park. I have great chiropractor coverage but like anything related with health insurance they may or may not be a provider. Called to verify if they took my insurance and they said yes. Made an appointment for next day. Day of visit was charged $20, they said it was for first visit, they would not touch my insurance because they do evaluation and xrays. Ok, $20 is not unreasonable so I paid. The visit is divided in 2 days. First visit: I was evaluated and educated about how they work and got X-rays... was told to make the second appointment so they could go over X-rays and findings. NO ADJUSTMENT DONE. Second visit: This visit was more like a transaction. The chiropractor tells you his findings, he tells you this is a commitment and then they sit you down and go over what your treatment plan will be. My treatment plan was for 32 months and almost $5,000 ... WAIT! I have insurance. They said they called my insurance and they did not cover, I said you are mistaken. I have great Chiropractor coverage. They said they don't take my insurance. WHAT??? I called and you said you did... no, sorry we don't. Ok, so what insurance do you take, only Blue Cross!!!!
