I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a cold water therapy experience in Palm Beach!…read moreThis state-of-the-art facility boasts two cold plunge tubs, a sauna, a workout center, and a massage bench. Upon arrival, I was greeted by signs marking 'parking for Cold Plunge guests.' Given the possible busy nature of the parking lot, it's reassuring to know that there's no need to walk very far and worry about parking! Once inside, I was impressed by the new and polished gym. This rather spacious room leads to the tubs and sauna area, which are located near the employee's office. Upon entering, I received a welcome from the knowledgeable and very kind staff. They answered all my questions about how cold water therapy works, providing me with a strong understanding. Their understanding not only of the physiological component but also the mental one blew me away! I decided to take the plunge! Having never done this before, I spent about three minutes in the cold water the first time. The experience was certainly unique. The staff was incredibly helpful in coaching me and explaining how to control my breathing. By the second time, I had a better understanding, thanks to their help. The sauna was a great bonus and a lovely place to relax. Restrooms and fresh towels were readily available. The entire building was clean and well-organized. After some small talk with the staff, I learned that this is the first Cold Plunge facility in South Florida, with more to come possibly. Here's to looking forward to more plunges in 2024 and beyond!

Came in for a $20 intro NOOB session for 60 min infrared sauna and cold plunge combo…read more I was reluctant to see if this place had anything amazing to offer outside of having access at my local gym for sauna and steam room. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very private and nicely laid out. Each room is only you. You have a private shower that is vitamin infused which was cool. I didn't notice anything really there, however the temp controls cranks up to 175, and you can request if a repeat customer to have them preset your temp, which I liked. The glass enclosure was a generous size and you can watch netflix or listen to ambiance music to set the theme of your experience. Then there is the popular cold plunge. Looks like it is cleaned after each use. Has been set at 50 degrees I think and a 15m timer set for you to maximize your excitement or pain pending your perspective. I tried it out at 3m at first and then after the first experience, based on their pricing, signed up for unlimited for a month, bc the entire experience was very therapeutic and enjoyable to just "let go" for 1 hour of ME time. I have no within a week gotten up to 10m in the plunge and find it refreshing and rewarding. I have noticed that doing this AFTER the gym is better than attempting to go before, bc by the time you are done, you just want to chill. Overall great experience, price points ala carte' aren't the greatest which is why I joined for the month to have the best bang for the buck. But after 2 weeks in, im thinking ala carte' may be the way to go if you buy the biggest package and spread them out. As of today im undecided but feel its far better to get some "ZEN" in your life here than at a gym with a bunch of other people sweating around you. Great staff, well put together, rewarding experience.

I've been coming here for about three years, and it was my first introduction to cold plunging, so…read moreI have a real appreciation for this place. In the beginning, the format was more structured, sauna first, then moving into the cold plunge. Now they allow for contrast therapy, where you can move between rooms, which I really enjoy. The only downside is that at this location you have to walk across the hall between spaces. It takes away a bit of the seamless, relaxing flow you get at the some SweatHouz locations, where everything is contained in one suite. That said, it's still such a great escape. I love that it's in a lively plaza where you can make a whole day of it, Pilates, shopping, lunch, and then come in and reset. The main challenge here is noise. If you're in a room near reception, you'll hear conversations pretty clearly. At times the staff can be a bit loud with each other, which breaks the spa-like atmosphere. I found myself turning the music up just to block out chatting and laughter during my last visit. A little more emphasis on maintaining a calm, quiet tone up front would make a big difference. I've also noticed some small upkeep issues recently, like exterior lettering needing attention and the electrolyte station looking a bit messy and understocked. Nothing major, but it does impact the overall polish of the experience. All that said, I genuinely love coming here. It's a treat every time. The Dyson hair dryers are fantastic, and I love that they recently added a red light therapy panel you can use while drying your hair, such a great touch. Overall, still a place I really enjoy and keep coming back to. With just a few tweaks, especially around atmosphere and maintenance, it could feel truly top-tier.

4.5. This review is well overdue since it's been several years since I came here on a girls trip,…read morethough overall the experience was positive. We arrived on a Friday afternoon in June around 1:30pm, with appointments for 6 booked in advance with the spa about 1 month prior. The actual treatments started between 2:30-3pm, though we arrived earlier in advance based on the spa's directions and also bc we wanted to have time to spend in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room prior to our treatments. The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception and after checking us in, started the afternoon with a candle-lighting ceremony to release our stresses and prepare for a restorative environment, followed by a tour of the facilities. We then got changed in the locker area and headed inside. They provided a glass of champagne at the time, and lounge areas to sit and relax while not in the jacuzzi area. Unfortunately it was raining outside when we went so we couldn't enjoy the garden area (I really wanted to try the swings, they looked fun lol), but our entire party agreed the service and experience was fabulous. They allowed us to individually pay for each service although we had made the total booking together. When we went maybe bc it was a weekday it wasn't too crowded, there were a couple parties that arrived after us. It didn't feel like we had to wait around for space to open up. I didn't order food here so can't comment on that. Sounds like they've enacted a no photography policy inside the spa since I visited, which makes sense given the sensitive nature of changing areas, and I've been to other spas since then where this is the case. I can see why it could be a privacy concern, and not everyone has the same level of discretion in what's posted online.

Also, they allow you to use all of the facilities the entire day, so keep that in mind. The massage was $240 plus tip and tax (FYI). They suggest you arrive 30-45 min early. This is because they want to give you a tour of the facilities and a glass of bubbles before your massage. We came to the resort early, but went to Pulpo for lunch. Anyway, they gave us candles to put in their little well to make a wish and showed us to the locker rooms. They have a their own restaurant, so you can order lunch in your robes if you like! The massage itself was okay. It seemed short, but the masseuse was extremely professional and very hospitable. However, the facilities are awesome. We enjoyed lounging outside on the swings and couches, the whirlpools and saunas and the comfortable relaxing massing chairs inside. The staff was also very friendly and kind!
