People are saying it. Smart people. The tonkotsu broth. Creamy. Incredibly creamy. Maybe the creamiest broth I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of broths, believe me. Other ramen places? Weak broth. Sad broth. Not Tensai. Tensai's broth is STRONG. The pork belly was so tender -- so unbelievably tender -- that the fake news media would never even report on it. They'd say "oh it wasn't that tender." It was that tender. It was more tender than they said it could be. Experts said you couldn't get pork belly that tender. Wrong. And the karaage chicken -- and this is what everyone's talking about, frankly -- crunchy, spicy, tremendous. One of the great pieces of chicken in the history of fried chicken, maybe ever. Japan has great chicken but this? This is next level. People come up to me, big strong men, tears in their eyes, they say "sir, that karaage changed my life." Five stars.
