Everts deserves the 5 stars they have. I called fairly late on a Saturday afternoon to order flowers for my granddaughter and was told they would be delivered on Monday. I agreed and to my amazement I got a text from my granddaughter a few hours later saying thank you so much she had received the bouquet. She was so excited and so was I. I had my flowers done for my wedding reception here--THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! My colors were red, black, orange, and silver---- Everyone at our reception kept commenting on how beautiful the centerpieces were. We had gerbera daisies in red and oranges, orange asiatic lilies, hypericum berries, pin cushion proteas, red roses, and orange/yellow roses, lisianthus, alstromeria lilies, picks of silver wooden swirls, sticks and swatches and and more that I can't even remember what they were called, I could not be more pleased with how every thing turned out. I called on Christmas Eve about 10am for delivery same day. They were closing at Noon but still happily took my order, made sure everything was precisely as I wanted, and delivered the flowers later that day. There was another flower shop in town that I had called first which was also closing at noon. They weren't interested in my business and I didn't blame them. However, Everts went out of their way though to work in my late request and the arrangement was beautiful. They still acted as though they were grateful for my business vs. just doing me a favor...(which they were)!!! I will be using them again. Their customer service is impeccable! read more
