It's okay. Decided to try something new. Ordered the Southern Fried potato, which comes with chicken tenders, cheese, sour cream, gravy, and bacon. Ordered mine without sour cream. Should have opted for no bacon as well. The potato came covered in the greasiest over burnt bacon I've ever seen. It tasted of nothing but burnt flavoring. Completely over took any other possible taste on the potato. Kid asked how meal was and we mentioned the bacon ruining the whole meal and he shrugged and said..."oh sorry". This was two of our four meals. All the potatoes were not completely cooked all the way through resulting in hard tough to eat potato bites. Most was left in the container it came in. Other two potatoes, frito pie and buffalo chicken were so so. Ordered two pizookies. Half hour later still hadn't received them. Finally came out and the plastic spoons were melted into the dish. Ordered Oreo expecting the base to be Oreo like we've had at other establishments and it was just a chocolate chip cookie with a few Oreo cookies crumbled on top. Overall very disappointed in our visit and would struggle to come back and pay based on what you get in return. We love supporting local but won't be back anytime soon. read more

Our order was delayed by 20 minutes because they ran out of ready-made potatoes (would have been understandable, but if it's your most popular item, you would think that they would be better prepared). By the time our order was delivered by FoodsHere (who did a great job keeping us updated on the setbacks, so no fault to them. Their driver wore a mask and gloves and was very polite, as was the dispatcher who called me), our fries were soggy and cold. Also, they did not read my instructions that requested no onions on my sister's burger (she hates the taste and texture onions, and just picking them off doesn't help, because the barbecue sauce reeked and tasted of nothing but onions). The Brisket potatoes were flavorful and humongous. No complaints there. The burger patties were generous and pretty flavorful other than the onion snafu. read more

The customer service is impeccable! The owner was kind enough to come out and speak with my husband and me. We were first-timers, but it definitely won't be our last visit. There was another lady that was super kind to us, and I hate I didn't catch her name. She made us feel comfortable and even brought us out a cookie for patroning for the first time. Besides the awesome customer service, the food was mouthwatering tasteful! It was love at first sight/bite! My husband and I could only eat the etouffe tater (as pescatarians), but it was worth every spoonful. I love this place! It only took me one trip here to love it too. I was taking a trip to Houston for a wedding and wanted to have lunch with some family before I left. My sister in law picked this place because they already eat here weekly. We met right around they time they opened on Saturday around 11am. I loved pulling up to this place. Its a very cute little place with outdoor seating. We walked up to the wording window and I was blown away by the kindness of the girl at the window. My brother and sister-in-law ordered first. Based off my brothers recommendation, I ordered the crawfish etouffee baked potato. It was AMAZING. It's my new favorite food. My best friend was also on the trip. She ordered the bacon lovers potato and seriously there was so much bacon. But then again can you ever really have enough? My brother also had the catfish one and my sister-in-law had the buffalo chicken ranch. They all looked amazing and tasted fantastic. Now let me tell you about those cookies. OMG they are SO GOOD. Once upon a time the food and service was amazing however, now (especially yesterday) we have noticed a serious decline in not only service but food. Years ago we would visit the old location when EB was just a shack and the owner was present and the staff was helpful and kind. The owner is never present at the new location and the staff is ungodly awful. it seems the Asian teenager at the cashier hates you upon entering the door. Her eye roll and lack of attentiveness is disgusting. After waiting 30 minutes for our food (everyone who ordered after us all had their food) we had asked for an update on the situation. She showed little to no interest and said she would ask about the food. 20 minutes later I asked her what the situation was... she was dumbfounded and had no idea what I was speaking about insert her blank stare. Maybe she is not educated enough to speak but she was hardly able to put the words together to say "they are making good... so Im not sure." Enter another employe: she was unable to speak as well. Dirty tables with food on them, staff standing in a circle gossiping, eye rolls, only teenage empties with no work ethic . I hope Miranda gets her place back in order. read more

I came close to finishing it but didn't quite make it. the skin tastes buttery and like it had garlic salt on it. It was FABULOUS! Try their raspberry lemonade. Finally got the opportunity to try them out. Must say we were not disappointed. I work at a local restaurant and had heard about these amazing taters from others who had had these huge taters. I got this bad boy and omg! Yum!! The sweet gal working the register was not only kind but exactly the kind of employee you want to greet you when entering a restaurant. Smiling, helpful and nice. Not to mention she gave us a really delish cookie of course all first time patrons get this but it made us feel welcomed. My only suggestion would be to put a little more fried chicken on the tater.
