Today I performed a Google search for Massage Therapy businesses located in the Melbourne, FL area. I chose EveryBody Massage due to the fact of the fabulous Google reviews I saw posted. I spoke on the phone with Joanna and the very first thing that occurred was that we had a wonderful conversation and also discussed prices. I informed her that I could obtain a deep tissue massage for $60 at another Massage Therapy business located within the same proximity. Joanna informed me that her normal price is $60 for the massage and $15 additional for the deep tissue. Next, due to the fact that I rescheduled my appointment for 3 PM, I was able to get a massage from the best therapist on staff who has 25 years of experience. Her name is Kha Taylor and she is also Brevard Chapter President for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association. Ms. Taylor has worked with Chiropractors for about 9 years previously embodied within her 25 years as a Massage Therapist. Kha Taylor gave me the best massage that I've ever had in my life today. She utilized the Positional Release Passive Deep Tissue Technique. I had just injured myself playing golf a few days prior to receiving this massage. Kha Taylor specializes in giving massages to individuals who have injuries such as myself. She not only gave me a full 60 minute massage when in other establishments I would only get a 50 minute massage when I pay for 60; she also gave me 10 more additional minutes for free. This is absolutely unprecedented for me as I've always had my massages cut short and never go longer and with free minutes added on. To briefly summarize, Kha Taylor did a wonderful overall job and she even fixed my major complaint that I came in with which was a misalignment in the lower part of my cervical spine which she fixed with stretching techniques. Joanna was incredibly generous and donatd a couples massage to our little league's fundraiser, so they were my first choice when I needed a massage for myself. Sunny was my masseuse and she was fantastic. She talked to me about the ways the different kinds of stress were effecting my muscles, recommended upgrading to a deep tissue but kept it with a regular when I couldn't handle it because I'm kind of a wimp, and gave my some essential oils to breathe in when she found out my allergies were acting up. I felt completely relaxed afterwards and could feel a huge difference in my back and butt. She made sure I knew what to do afterwards to make sure I got the most out of my massage. After an auto accident, I suffer from several ruptured discs and fibromyalgia; I saw Barbara as my therapist and found her to be very comforting, knowledgeable, and appropriate for my condition. She consistently asked about pressure, and my comfort, and I found myself wishing for far more time than the mere hour I had booked. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for relief. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to serve. The building is CLEAN, beautiful, calm and serene. My husband and I called to get a last minute reservation while we were vacationing in the area. I was so fortunate to get Sunny, who gave me the absolute best massage I have ever had. Although I booked 60 minutes, within 2 minutes I begged her to extend to 90 minutes and she found and destroyed every kink, knot, tight spot and pain I had. She really knew what to look for and how to get rid of it. I felt completely at ease with her and will ABSOLUTELY go back every time I am in the area. The location is small but cute and clean. Everybody Massage has a relaxing soothing atmosphere. I feel the tension release the moment I walk in the door. I have been to many massage therapists over the years , but I have to say that Kha is the absolute best. I suffer from upper back and neck pain from working on a computer most of the day. I am so grateful to Every Body Massage for squeezing me in today! I managed to hurt myself on vacation (the bed at our rental has not been kind to my back!) and the idea of ten hours in the car tomorrow made me want to cry. Ask for Kha, you will get a awesome massage. This is not some wussy massage, this is what I would call deep tissue healing massage and pressure points. She seems to magically find the spots that hurt, and fixes them. Best one I ever had, but again, this is not some light touch massage, this is serious stuff. Also, recommended for a sports injury.
