There's good food here and even more things to snack on. It can get really hot inside especially in the middle, make sure to buy something to drink or stick to the sides more. There are bathrooms but they're not well kept at all. There's also no ATM's so you'll have to bring cash. Some businesses do take card or zelle but most usually take only cash. I really love the concept of an indoor flea market however 90% of the items are not priced. Yes, it's a flea market so nothing is usually marked but these vendors hold their inventory here, they don't remove it every weekend so I don't understand why they can't price stuff. Half of the vendor owners weren't present so even if you wanted a price or wanted to buy something there is no one around to help. There is lots to see but the overall pricing is more antique mall / retail (eBay). I think paying $5 for a single issue of an 80s National Geographic is kind of ridiculous.

Early info indicated this was at the Fort Worth Convention Center (weird location if you know FW,…read morebut ok) so I paid to park there and walked all over the convention center. Googled around forever on my phone and finally found something that said Will Rogers (should've known... these ppl must not be locals). Went back to my car, went to WR, paid $8 to park, found the bldg, paid $5 to get in, glanced in... didn't look good, hubs said he'd wait outside to avoid another $5, lady taking money told him just to go in. Weird mix of booths, lots of stuff that was almost cool... Took about 10 min to see everything. More to see and better prices at the free flea market that's open every weekend in WR, and that's saying something. They shouldn't charge to get in...

Here's what I experienced: *they offer a 4 story complimentary parking garage & plenty of complimentary street parking options *it is certainly true that leashed dogs are welcome, but apparently so are lemurs & their babies...true story *they truly offer is a bit of everything, and all price points are offered...but I wasn't prepared for some of the offerings, and I personally was unaware that many businesses are not locally based. For example, it was nice to see Rodeo food, unique boutiques, and handmade ink pens. I was not expecting independent consultant MLM representation, non Native peoples selling dream catchers, folks dropshipping items, and droves on droves of repeat items like freeze dried treats and handmade tumblers. I didn't find anyone selling fruit or produce, and very few natural products. The level of repetition had me questioning the vendor selection criteria. Nevertheless, if I visited with the goal of enjoying a day with friends, families, or the kids, this would be a great market to do so. I appreciate the Port-a-potties in multiple areas & plenty of activities for the kids in the main square (bouncy houses, playground slide). Even if it was like 90 degrees under the actual big top, there's plenty of food and alcohol to go around, and plenty of things to look at, touch, and sample to kill a few hours and support local(ish). I may be the outliar here, bc others seemed to be enjoying themselves.
