I also oversaw the remodel of my own home and completed much of the work myself. Because of that, I'm extremely picky about both the quality of work and the value I receive when I hire someone. I'm telling you... Mitch and his team will not disappoint. Unfortunately, I inherited a hoarder house after a family member passed away. The home was in very poor condition, filled with years of accumulated junk, and showed clear evidence of rodents living there. To make matters even more challenging, I only had four and a half days in town and live over 1,600 miles away. I needed a team I could trust to access the home and complete the work without me there to supervise. After exchanging texts with Mitch and reading reviews like this one, I decided to take a chance, and I'm incredibly glad I did. Not only did Mitch provide a fair quote for the junk removal, but after walking through the property he also offered to handle several additional projects so I didn't have to coordinate multiple contractors. That alone saved me a tremendous amount of time and stress. What really set Mitch apart was his communication and professionalism. He kept me updated throughout the entire project, sent regular photos, asked for my feedback, fixed anything that didn't meet my expectations without hesitation, and even checked in multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied before considering the job finished. His team completely transformed the property. They cleared out the home, cleaned up the exterior, mowed the large yard multiple times (without being asked), and added fresh mulch around the house, giving it curb appeal I honestly didn't think was possible. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy. Mitch earned my trust, and if I ever need work done in the area again, he'll be my first call. If I ever win the lottery I'm flying him out for jobs in my local area. And yes, I'd buy him a new truck and dump bed to drive home. Good people like him are hard to come by. I wish I could do more for Mitch and his team than leave this review, but I hope this helps someone else make an easy decision. They absolutely earned every one of these five stars.
