Ordered and was charged by company but did not get a product despite many attempts at calling and emailing to find out the status and promises by Logan that everything would be fine. 6 weeks after ordering was told that they could not produce the product they charged us for, and they did not respond further so I requested cancellation and refund as it was too late for a different version to arrive for our event. Had to open up a credit card dispute with my credit card company due to lack of response. read more

Well, I guess it's come to a yelp review since no one at Everything Branded will answer me. I previously had worked with EB on some projects earlier this year and was very happy with the products, communication, support etc. This review is for my most recent purchase. I ordered about 1100 worth of branded t shirts for an event. I confirmed with the sales rep that the shirts would arrive 7 days before the event. The agreed upon arrival date came and went. The next day, I contacted the sales rep who said they would check in and let me know the status of my order. Wednesday - no answer. I tried calling EB customer service and they said my sales rep was on a call and would call me back as soon as possible. They never called. I tried calling back and suddenly the office had an automatic voicemail that said they were closed. In fact, each time i've tried calling, I call again and then they are suddenly "closed." I'm starting to think they are screening their calls. I had my colleague call from her phone and guess what - they answered! She explained that we would have to dispute the charge and the customer service rep was unhelpful and did not give us any clarity about next steps. Now it's two days post the event, and the t shirts have arrived. We have been charged the total amount for the shirts. Shirts that are no longer of use for me, because the event has passed. I had to rush order 500 dollars worth of BLANK shirts, spend my weekend making stencils, so that during the event at least our guests had "a tshirt" as promised. What a mess. I still cannot get any clarity all of these days later. I'm reading other reviews and really regretting my choice to work with this company, as one review says they've waited two months and still no resolution. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I approved my order on April 10th and was assured communication throughout the process. two weeks passes and I did not hear anything back from the company. When I tried to call and ask about my order I was hung up on and did not receive a proper response back until 5 days later. On April 28th I was emailed again to approve my proof AGAIN so that I could begin production. This company is highly unprofessional and careless in regard to how handle your order and communicate with their clients. I would not recommend this company read more

Do not buy anything from this company. Our order NEVER CAME IN. They were absolutely no help. They gave us bogus bill of lading with the number crossed off and were only proved updates because I kept bugging them. Needless to say the event came and went causing me to have to out source and pay more than double to rush just so I had something. Two months after our items supposedly arrived and still nothing has changed and no update from them. read more

We placed an order on October 1st for swag for an Elemetnary school fundraising event. Our event was taking place on November 11th. We were ensured by the sales rep, Kelvin Soberano that the product would arrive on time. We were then told that the promotional items were coming from overseas and would not arrive on time. When I tried reaching out to Keven via email and phone, I received no response. We finally received the our order on Wednesday, December 10th. It had in fact been delivered to the wrong building the week before, due to the company also putting in the wrong address. After several back on forths with their general customer service team about the quality of service and the extremely late arrival of the promotional items the company said they would offer us a $200 credit to use with them. We will never order from this company again and I advice any schools or non-profits to do the same. read more

Everything seemed awesome before placing my order, but once they collected payment, I was told what I ordered was out of stock, with only ONE WEEK until my event that I needed the merchandise for. Because of this I was forced to "upgrade" and pay more money towards a different product. My account manager Sam Muspratt was not helpful, he didn't let me know about this until it was too late to order from a different vendor and he would not refund my money when I wanted to cancel the order. Additionally, when the product arrived some of them were not even branded and left completely blank, therefore unusable. When I emailed Sam about this issue, he was unresponsive and continues to be unresponsive. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. read more

If you want poor quality, use this company. We ordered bags that we paid for, were not made to our spec, and were printed in a way that rendered the finished production unusable. Print was uneven, rendered with a final color that was not to spec, and the overall quality was terrible. We didn't even ship the final production because it was unusable. When we asked for a partial refund, we were basically told no. I repeat - do not use or trust this company. read more

These are particularly stressful times and when you encounter sub par customer service it makes life that much more stressful. I ordered cheese boards with a stamped logo for a client with a drop dead delivery date. It was fine - until it wasn't and then I had to pay a rush charge so that I could get it on time - only to discover that the items would arrive a full two days after I was promised. As this companies customer service unit is based in the UK it seems that the American philosophy of the customer is always right doesn't apply there. I was bullied and threatened and in the end I will have to try and rework my clients gift baskets. Avoid this company at all costs. read more
