Walked around the store with a big Tecovas bag, and I guess it made Audrey nervous because she took the swim suits I had in my hand for my wife and put them in a fitting room, all the while looking down into my bag, and then following us around. I understand recovery statements, I understand being suspicious of actually suspicious people. But we had literally just walked in. I came in on a last minute search to find bikinis for our honeymoon. Lauren was AMAZING! I told her what I liked, coverage style preferred, and to surprise me with some things I normally wouldn't try. I left with 3 bikinis that were all ones I wouldn't have reached for- And I LOVE them! Her service and knowledge was paramount. She was able to let me know which things she could ship me when the size or color wasn't in store. And made sure it arrived before we left. She came to check on me each time I had one on (her spider sense just knew ) and was always ready to bring a different size or a new bikini to try on that she thought would look great on me. Also- she was honest. She let me know which ones looked good/fit well and which ones she wasn't feeling. She wanted me to look great- not just make a sale. The service from Lauren alone was worth the price point. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer. read more

Yesterday I went inside the site located in The Woodlands, Texas. I was looking for that perfect one piece and found it thanks to your sales associate. She was wonderful! However, the store manager there was awful! The whole atmosphere of the store  changed when she arrived. My sales associate didn't talk to me anymore and the store manager did everything she could to not only not talk or acknowledge me but she went OUT of her way to not even look at me. In fact she pretended I wasn't even there. I thought it was because I wasn't wearing a mask (TX isn't mandating it anymore) yet when I saw the women she WAS talking to and helping, and acknowledging, they had no masks on either. She was clearly put off by me and even by my $200 purchase because she was checking out the lady in front of me and when it was my turn, she turned her back, and whispered to the sales associate to "get me". While I have never, ever written this kind of review, her behavior toward  the entire time I was there (she was quite friendly and polite to all grr other women there! ) was really bothersome. And I am hoping it had nothing to do with the fact that I was the only minority (I am Hispanic) woman there. Again, I have never created a review like this but her discriminatory acts were so obvious and tangible! If I hadn't loved the suit I found, I would have walked out. Her beh  stunned me and shocked me. At a minimum, she was the rudest person I've come in contact for a while. She made me feel small, insignificant and like I wasn't good enough to shop in HER store- much more- I wasn't good enough for her attention- I was beneath her. I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. She really needs to have some education on today's standards for customer care especially coming out of a retail recession due to pandemic, not to mention how awful it is to be visibly and noticeably racist these days! Again, my sales associate was super great and nice, until her boss arrived. I don't know what's happening in that store but something needs to be addressed read more

I'm really excited about wearing my new bikini to the pool. The staff was super friendly and there was a huge selection of different textures colors and sizes. The new blue collection was really nice and high quality. I highly recommend this bathing suit store. It's not the cheapest but the quality is there and they last forever. read more

I came here to purchase a swimsuit for an upcoming river trip. Wasn't having much luck at other retailers since it's a bit later in the summer and buying online can be hit or miss. Needed something that would fit and keep my goods in place and I didn't mind splurging on quality so long as it was well made. I'm giving Madie the stars here, because she's the real MVP. I was frazzled and getting stressed that couldn't find a top and bottom to fit. If my boyfriend didn't hate one pieces, I would have totally went that route. But Madie was patient and helped me search, I was so thankful for her assistance. I do also need to note, and I see a similar experience below - that the store manager was not friendly or helpful whatsoever. She asked if I needed anything and when I told her what I was looking for she completely ignored me and started helping a gentleman pick out a piece for his wife. I spent $250 for a decent suit and extra top which was a nice chunk of change - I wish I had more options of swimstores stores. With all that being said, Madie deserves a raise and a promotion. read more

Shopping for a swimsuit is normally an excruciating experience, but I had an absolutely first rate experience in this store. Adie assisted me in finding not just one, but two swimsuits that looked great on me. The selection in this store is so broad that I may have walked out empty-handed without her assistance. Her knowledge on the various styles and how they should fit, however, led me to two suits that I love that I would probably not have noticed on the rack myself. I walked out with a smile on my face. I am naturally very top heavy with a narrow ribcage so it is extremely difficult to find swimwear that fits, supports, and allows for activity. I have a 5 year old and dont want to look sexy, but at the same time I dont want to look like a marm, which is the other issue I usually run into with trying to find a swimsuit. I went to this store yesterday and was helped by Katie and Adie. Y'all, I left with 3 swimsuits!!! I bought a nice $160 bikini at the store, And after only ONE SINGLE use, i had issues with the bottoms. I went back to the store and talked to the manager who also were the one selling me the bikini. She agreed with me and that they should be exchanged, but customer service refuse to exchange the bottoms, or give me a refund. They say its my own fault. I am speachless!
