If they were busy I could see the oversight of saying hello, but they weren't. We were there on a Sunday and not too many people were shopping. I was the one going and getting my sister different sizes and styles to try on. They had plenty of people to have helped us out. They use to have such good customer service. Every time I have entered this store I have been met with the same racist attitude. The employees followed me around the store and listened in on my conversations, and never asked me for help because they assume I am not one to purchase anything. Every single person inside gave me the nastiest look until I was visibly uncomfortable. When I approached the register with my items, I was told that I took a long time to decide on what I wanted. Then the employee at the register attempted to make up for their rude comment by complimenting the color of my nail polish. This is very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Girls were awesome. I came right in and was helped, found the best yoga mat and left fairly quickly but not before I got to know the amazing women. So sweet and friendly! I was new to the area and right away I got a bit confused by the "everything but water" sign and the lululemon building which has water bubbles. I needed new sizes in Lululemon bras. I have always loved Lululemon and haven't been in an actual store in awhile. Due to not knowing my current bra size, I needed to try on bras rather than just order online. I went to the store this past Thursday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by multiple staff. Knowing where the majority of the bras were I went right to the back and stood there staring at the wall of bras. Someone clearly recognized my gaze and came right over to help. Lauren was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. We had a great conversation and she helped me meet my needs for my current bra size. Not only that, but we had a great conversation. It's one thing to get help that you need but also knowing someone is listening and just being kind is also rad. I learned from some other staff I interacted with that Lauren is the store manager. What lucky people to work for such a good human being. It's easy in our society today to forget about actual good conversations with people due to online shopping. The conversation with Lauren as well as the other employees reminded me how great shopping in an actual store can be. Thank you Lauren and your staff for the great experience today. Today was my first time visiting this particular Lululemon location, and I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service, I dropped what items I was hoping to purchase and walked out. In short, I hope this review prompts management (to include themselves) to evaluate their "selectiveness" in providing customer service at this location. I walked in and was greeted with a quick "hi." I quickly loaded my arms with at least 10 items and was not once asked if I needed any assistance. I walked back to the fitting room and was passed by two employees who were too busy conversing about clocking out/in to offer a fitting room, or to acknowledge my presence. Another employee, who appeared to be the manager, was about to walk by me but I quickly stopped her and asked, "do I just walk into one of the rooms?" She then let me into the room. I loved many of the items I picked out, but unfortunately needed a different size in a few items. I tried on other items, hoping the girl attending the fitting rooms would ask if I needed any assistance. As I tried on my other items, I could hear as she knocked on all the doors and asked other customers if they needed anything; however, not once did she knock on my door. Not wanting to have to get completely dressed, only to have to grab new sizes, undress, and try on everything again, I grabbed all the items out of my room and gave them to the girl, who again... did not offer any assistance or ask how everything worked out. I really liked the clothing I tried on and started to go and pick out the new sizes, but I was so irritated by my experience, that I put everything I had back on the shelf and decided to leave instead. The store was not particularly busy at the time, and there were several associates working. I did try to call the store a few times afterwards to speak to the manager and left a message after no one picked up. The message stated a 24hr turnaround for call back, but I wanted to share my experience while it was fresh on my mind. read more

I came in with the intention of buying products worth a thousand dollars total, but was met with discrimination and ignorance. Not a single employee asked if I needed help like my other white counterparts. No employees said "excuse me" other than giving me a striking stare for me to move out of their way. I was constantly followed around by the employees to watch my every move and once I decided on my products to purchase, I was told that I took a very long time deciding on whether to buy what I brought to the register. Not only is this inappropriate, but it isn't necessary nor any of their concern. I have never heard them ask anyone else something like this or make a comment on their timely purchase. I am a consumer of Lululemon just like any other customer and would like to not feel as if i'm below an employee at a store i'm choosing to shop at. I've never experienced employees feeling as if a customer is not at their level or able to purchase their products. It's almost unreal. There is always a racist attitude and demeanor when being dealt with whether it comes to asking questions, asking for items in stock, picking up an order, and just browsing items to buy. This is not a welcoming environment nor a place I want to go into when I'm only met with discrimination, racist assumptions, disregard, and judgment for existing. The employees are racist and rude. Never helpful and always just analyzing and judging customers of color. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. I will be telling others in the woodlands area to avoid this place at all costs! I'm highly disappointed in this lululemon. I have bought so many clothes from this company and have NEVER received this type of customer service my sister and I have received here. I understand there is a policy in place for their returns and etc but the way they handled it. We honestly felt discriminated against. My sister went in to trade an old pair I bought her a year ago. Sam was the Sales Associate helping her, she accused her of purposely cutting into the leggings so she could get a new pair when that was not the case especially when you could already see piling on the lines. Hannah and Emma were the managers on duty and were no help as well. They told her they were fake, that she had cut in them and that they couldn't accept them. I had called the store and spoke to Sam and told her that the way she handled the situation was awful but she kept repeating the same thing with lack of empathy. Ive been a customer for years this was the first time we visited the Woodlands Lululemon and I'm honestly disappointed in how the associates handled this. Lululemon is one of my recent discoveries! I don't know if I was blind to it or if it just got really big in the past year. I never noticed this store or this brand while I was living in Houston, but I started noticing it a lot more in my pilates, cycling, and body pump classes at 24 in California. I didn't know much about the brand, but over the weekend I saw this store at the Woodlands Market Street and decided to stop by. I was really impressed by the organization and the knowledge of all of the employees. It's slightly overwhelming at first because I seriously wanted EVERYTHING in every color. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful! I was asked what kind of work outs I normally do and they suggested a few pants, shorts, and tanks that she felt were good for me. I tried on a few crops, but I immediately fell in LOVE with the Sun sprinter crop that is normally used for running. Now...I'm not a huge runner, but these are made with a thicker Luxtreme material that makes it good for running and stretching work outs like yoga and pilates. I loved the length of the crop..it goes slightly below the knee, and the seam details offer a flattering look. The fun part is they come in different colors as well! I also got the Hot but not tank because I love the built in bandeau bra and it's so cute that I could wear it out even if I'm not going to the gym! My experience here was amazing. There were three ladies that helped me, one who helped me pick out clothes, one in the dressing room (she was very helpful and it was nice that she remembered my name), and one at the front when I was purchasing my stuff. She invited me to a complimentary run/form class this evening on the courtyard, which sounds really fun! Although I have only met these people once, they treated me like I was their really good friend. Excellent customer service is always a nice treat =) read more

i've been to bad lululemons and this one has had the worst customer service ever to be. if i could rate a 0 i would. they don't greet you when you walk in, after 10 minutes of looking around for something someone comes up to me and asks if i'm okay, and keep in mind not very many people are shopping it's not like they're packed and can't assist customers. the employees act very snobby and as if they get paid 6 figures and i say this bc i had a very homeless outfit on and that's on my end but that doesn't give them the authority to treat me different then anyone else. its just annoying read more

I recently became addicted to Lululemon after a random online purchase of some final sale items, and decided to stop by a brick and mortar the first time I had a chance! Initially this store was having electrical issues, so we weren't able to go in but on the second pass by the doors were finally open! I dragged the BF with me and he was a little leery of all the girls in the store...and probably shopping with me altogether! I happened to find a few more items in store on final sale (ranging from $34-54)...this lady does not want to pay more $60 for anything, much less a sports bra! After wearing Lulu items for just a couple workouts, I am definitely a fan. Everything is sooo comfortable and the fabrics are amazing! I'm looking forward to eventually having a full line of Lulu workout gear, but it's going to take many more final sales and a lot more paydays! read more

First let me say that I LOVE Lululemon! This review is not of the brand, but of our last experience at The Market Street location in The Woodlands, Texas. We (both husband and I) have been purchasing Lulu for many years at this location and have NEVER had an issue with rudeness until our last visit I'm August 2018. We went in to see what new items were out. I ended up purchasing a tank and was on the fence about a pair of capris, which I didn't purchase. While we were checking out, my husband was asking about their Great Wall pant and the girl acted like she didn't want to be bothered by his questions. But that isn't the reason for our negative review. The following day my husband wanted to surprise me with the capris that I was contemplating, so he called the store to have them hold my size for him. They did and he went to pick them up the following day. When he walked in, the girl at the front was so rude to him that he turned around and walked out. My husband never gets embarrassed, but he said that the way the girl spoke to him was so embarrassing that he refuses to ever go back to that store....which means I will never go back either! We spend way too much money in that place to ever be treated rudely. Everyone that goes in there should be treated nicely and respectfully. read more

The most inconvenient location to shop at since covid hit. Used to love this location, but now you have to show up in person to be added to a waiting list in order to shop. The list has been at least 45 min long each time I've come and they will not put your name down on the list over the phone. It makes it hard to shop when you live out of town. I stopped by the store the other day to do some Christmas shopping. When I walked in there were many people shopping and the music that they were playing was very loud. As I walked to the back of the store I couldn't believe the music of choice they had. The song/rap was talking about sex, shooting someone up and had curse words. I couldn't believe what I heard and told an employee. I will NEVER go into this store again and am so thankful I didn't have my children with me. I I went to see if I could get a replacement for my tights, at this location I spoke with a sales associate named SAM that deliberately made me feel uncomfortable because she accused me of cutting my tights. The hole in my leggings in the upper part of my thigh, and being that I am a heavier set girl, my thighs rub together, meaning sometimes wearing certain types of material cause them to rip, but I don't think someone would purchase something from your company thinking that they would tear because of the higher quality of the clothing. They accused me of cutting my tights and made me feel discriminated against. None of the managers came to talk to me, and even the message from the sales associate from the manager was brought back to me as follows "it does look like you cut your leggings, and due to that we cannot replace them, the tights are old and we don't even have this style anymore so I can't do anything about it" I have NEVER felt this way about a brand I value so much, hopefully they don't treat everyone like that. I went in looking for help exchanging my leggings. The lady that I went to ask told me that she would get back to me after helping another customer. However, she disappeared for 15 minutes or so, leaving me waiting. Then, she came out of the break room and walked right by me, making eye contact, and then proceeded to leave the store.
