I purchased Ashley box springs at Everything Cool in St Augustine, FL for a king bed and a queen bed in September 2020. They started squeaking getting into or out of bed, They also started squeaking when you were in bed at night trying to go to sleep. I tried to seek remedy with the 10 year box spring warranty but squeaking was not covered of course. Not to worry, Ken and Gloria, owners of Everything Cool immediately said not to worry that they have our backs on this one. They offered us replacement foundations that are superior in quality to what we had originally purchased in September 2020. We paid a small fee for the set up, delivery, and haul away of the defective box springs. Well done and thank you Ken and Gloria. So, I have to rave about a local furniture store called 'Everything Cool' that I found here in Saint Augustine. They have a very large selection of furnishings and the service is top notch. I had fantastic service from the time I made the order to when my furniture was delivered and set up. The delivery guys were wonderful too. They took great care making sure they didn't scratch a wall, put everything together and placed it where I wanted it and all with a smile. They were very polite too. This place is a hidden gem! We had ordered a sofa sleeper a couple of weeks ago from another furniture store. It was supposed to be delivered November 20. They called and said it would not be in until December 1. Needless to say we made a decision to go on the greats sofa search. We were able to find Everything Cool Furniture. Gloria and Ken are top notch. My husband and I own a beach front vacation rental in St. Augustine that needed a furniture makeover. The only problem was we had 2 days to complete this bc we are fully booked with no vacancies until end of summer. Gloria and Ken went to our home (same day), designed our home, texted over pieces they recommended and had everything delivered for us by Sunday morning just in time for our Sunday afternoon checkin. They don't deliver on Sundays, but they did for us, because we needed help...that's the type of people they are and business they run. From start to finish they completed everything in 48 hours - INCREDIBLE! Our guests checked in Sunday at 4pm to a gorgeously decorated home. They emailed us raving about our home! Where to begin! First off, what a fantastic selection of furniture! The owners are incredibly friendly and they are there to help you in anyway possible (the other employees are fantastic too). We had just moved to the area and were looking for a new couch/mattress and came across this place. We were greeted immediately but were also left to ourselves to shop on our own. We found a selection of great items and were directed to their other store where we met Ken and Gloria and they are incredible human beings. Upon ordering our items, we were given an expected delivery date of the following week. Unfortunately, a few days later, we were told the items are on back order and wouldn't be out until a few weeks later. Since we had guests coming we weren't able to wait until the expected delivery date, and we were using lawn chairs in the meantime. Sydnee was very commutative from the start when our delivery dates kept getting pushed back and heard our concern about sitting on lawn chairs. Ken reached out to me to take care of me during this unexpected delivery snafu and offered us a loaner couch in the meantime. This business went above and beyond to help us not only as customers, but as humans, ensuring we were taken care of. We weren't just a transaction to them, we were taken care of and made sure we were comfortable until our order arrived. We ended up going another route in order to get something sooner and Ken came down immediately to talk to me about options we had. Cannot emphasize enough, how great this business was, not only with their products, but customer service, and the delivery men were very friendly and put all the furniture together. We bought a recliner from Everything Cool and subsequently had issues with the mechanism. Although it was just out of warranty Gloria worked with us to find a replacement part. When it turned out the chair had been discontinued and the part was no longer available, she sent a brand new replacement chair!
