This guy is trash. I wanted my note 20 screen replaced so l kind of knew the price range, bc l checked around. I only picked this guy, bc he said he could fix my phone that day. But, when l got there he said he had to order the part. Ok, so fine but. when the screen came in it had a border, bc it was an after market screen. He told me he would put most of the charge on labor to save me money from taxes, but didn't tell me he wasn't getting the correct screen for my phone.Then on top of that my camera stopped working and my phone started peeling apart. He kept giving me, the, run around on fixing my phone. I got tired and. gave up. Stay away from this trash. read more

dropped my 1000 dollar computer off at this mans shop and paid $35 as a upfront fee for a diagnostic. He kept my computer for A WHOLE MONTH, not even trying to diagnose it. Said the power supply wasn't working, and he'd ordered the part without even telling me. Told Daniel I was tired of it and I wanted my computer back after a month. He didn't pick up the phone for 4 days. Finally went to get it, and turns out the power supply wasn't even the issue. So, $35 for a diagnosis that he didn't give, $65 for the part that I never received and that had nothing wrong with it. I payed this man over $100 dollars for him to clean my computer, and keep it in his shop for A MONTH for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Literally the worst place ever. If zero stars were an option, I'd rather go with that instead. Apparently buying a "new" iPhone battery means getting a 2014 manufactured battery that's already been charged over 700 times (had this checked and verified by another local shop). Not impressed at all and the owner couldn't even own up to the mistake and refund what I paid for the overpriced battery that looked like it had been ran over by a car. I just used them to repair a Dell laptop after them working on it for a week and a half they told me it was ready to pick up. Laptop was not booting just like when I left it. Took it back and a day later they tell me they were sorry but it was not the program which they charged me $125 to replace but the hard drive which would cost me another $135. After much discussion he offered to replace HDD if I bought a new one and brought it to him but would not refund my $125 for something which did not work decided did not trust him to do anything so took laptop and left. he will say that I bothered him everyday and slowed him down, I did because he said he would call me the next day and never did so I called to find out if it was fixed. read more

Terrible service. Went to get my screen fixed on my phone he said good thing you came early so I'll be able to finish it today. Kept waiting to hear from him, came back at 5 and he said I didn't get to start on it. He said I'll have it done at 1 tomorrow. Came back the next day and he hadn't even started on it. We ending up having to wait until almost 6 for him to finish after he said it would take about 30 min. He had no sense of responsibility. If you tell someone several times your gonna have it done you better have it done. Bad business definitely would not recommend this place! read more

IF YOU HAVE A LAPTOP DO NOT BRING IT HERE. WHEN YOU GO INTO HIS STORE YOU'LL SEE LAPTOPS ON THE COUNTER THAT ARE CATCHING DUST BC HE CAN'T FIX IT. DANIEL WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO INTENTIONS ON FIXING UR DEVICE. He seems to only be good at fixing screens and phone bills. My computers hinge broke and he claimed he could replace the black outline bc it's coming apart. The black part that surrounds the screen. He will take your money and not return your call or even bother to call. He just wants you to assume he's capable and he's not. I guess the COVID-19 pandemic stopped some of his money flow. So anybody that's willing to trust him, he'll take advantage of. I'm sure he will delete this but I've made copies of every email and review so I'll repost it everyday until I get a refund. I can be sure to post this on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google as many times as I have to. You can delete my review everyday if you have the time and energy. ---------------------------- It's been about 2weeks at this point and I paid 50% ($107) trusting you to be able to fix the computer. You swear that the parts still haven't made it here but that doesn't take away from me paying you more than what I should have. I could see if I paid for a diagnosis but I'll be d*** if a diagnosis costs that much. I don't think that's fair at all, because I've been extremely patient. But I'm to the point where I'm ready to take it to court. I feel as if you never had intentions on fixing the computer. After 2weeks of not responding it took me to come up there more than 3 times, call the store numerous times and then call the police for this man to finally say the parts came in. Have had a horrible experience with this business. I took my 14 month old Dell laptop for a cooling fan replacement. Paid a $25 diagnostic fee. At initial encounter, manager/owner noted a noisy hinge upon opening laptop. I acknowledged that was a problem. Received a call next day with price for fan replacement of $110 which I authorized. Picked up laptop next day and paid $110.. Two days later "hinge" problem had become a gap between the front and back of the outer casing on the keyboard side of the laptop. Returned to the store same day. Manager/owner (Daniel) said that the outer casing needed to be replaced. I said, " that must be quite expensive". He said, maybe not. So I left my laptop. Two days passed with no contact from them. I left voice messages and a text. Finally I learned that they had dismantled my laptop before calling me with an estimate which was $220.00!! I told them to put my laptop back together for me to pick up. I had not authorized a repair and had not been given a price before they dismantled my machine. After several calls and much consternation, 30 minutes before closing, I received a call that I could get my laptop. Upon arrival at the store I was informed that I owed $25 dollars for reassembling my laptop. I refused to pay. They had removed the laptop battery and refused to give it to me!! They were holding the battery hostage for $25.00 So now I am operating my laptop with no battery...cord only... and the side is held together with tape and a bulldog clip. AVOID this business like the plague. read more
