You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Their work is excellent. They are skilled, diligent, and go out of their way to make sure the project is exactly what you imagined it to be. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Back in February 2021, they built a cedar pergola and Trex patio at our old house--in just seven days. It was so fun to watch their process that I was honestly disappointed when the project wrapped up! Fast forward to April 2025: we brought them back to build a cedar storage shed attached to our house and install a new concrete pathway in the front yard. Even after I changed the design and scope mid-project, they still delivered everything flawlessly in just five days. Once again, it felt like they had just gotten started, and suddenly, it was done--beautifully. Wyatt, Sterling, and Jakob are true craftsmen and genuinely rare finds. They're earnest, collaborative, and clearly take pride in their work. I recommend them without hesitation and am already brainstorming more projects just so I can hire them again.

Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. Will definitely use them for any future fence projects. They were punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very happy with the result!

I decided to go with stained cedar, side by side, and top caps. I overestimated the size of my yard so when Alberto came out to measure it ended up costing me less than my estimate. He handled all the permitting at no extra cost which was fantastic because all the paperwork that Mansfield wants was making my eyes cross. He brought out a four man crew and they did the job in two days even though it was raining on the second day. They did a spectacular job and I'm so pleased with the new fence. I highly recommend Enhanced Fence and just gave their number to my FIL who has some sections he needs replaced.

Absolutely Love Our New Patio and Pergola!…read more We couldn't be happier with our new extended patio and pergola! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. The design process was smooth--they really listened to our ideas and brought them to life perfectly. Even my idea of adding sliding wood paneled door for the "windy" side of the patio. The craftsmanship is outstanding--the materials are top-quality, and every detail looks flawless. The pergola provides just the right amount of shade, and the extended patio has completely transformed our outdoor space into a place we actually use and enjoy every day. Can't forget to mention some of the most reasonable prices for quality of work! The crew showed up on time, kept the worksite clean, and finished right on schedule. You can tell they take real pride in their work. If you're thinking about adding a patio or pergola, I can't recommend this company enough. They turned our backyard into our favorite "room" of the house!

The City had signed off on the project. Apparently, the inspection report was filed under the wrong patio extension. I thanked the City for their due diligence in assisting with this issue. My apology to Texas Patios Plus for including the incorrect information from the City. However, I was informed the City Inspector only checked the framing, not the actual material installed on the roof. This was explained to me after I asked the question why would the City sign off on felt material on a low sloping roof when the industry standard material required for a flat roof is the ice and water shield to prevent leaks from standing water. The bottom line is I am still dealing with a sagging, leaking roof after less than 2 years that I paid $61K for because the wrong material was installed on a low sloping roof. I have had text discussions with Texas Patios Plus to come out and assess the damage to the roof and to provide a path forward. I can only ask and hope they do whatever is necessary to assist with this costly repair issue. We trusted Texas Patios Plus to deliver a quality patio. My husband is a disabled Veteran and the stress of this situation has affected his health. $61k is a lot to pay for a patio and in less than 2 years have to deal with a major problem.

Mike communicated with me frequently and was readily available when I had questions. Top notch in customer service, quality, and pricing for a fantastic patio cover installation. Must haves were ceiling fans, lights and an additional outlet installed. RezComm did a great job, thanks guys!

DELAYS, FALSE REPRENSENTATIONON, AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! NOT RECOMMENDATED!!! In July 2025, we…read moreadvertised a construction job on Yelp to enclose our existing back porch with two walls of windows from floor to ceiling and an eight' sliding glass door. In essence, we wanted it to turn it into a modern-looking sunroom. They were confident they could build it, so we contracted with them to do it as soon as we had HOA approval and obtained a city building permit. They required 50% payment upfront so they could special-order the custom windows and door. After we obtained HOA approval, Mike Davis came to our house and said they can't build it per the contract drawing and tried to persuade us to accept something that had almost as much solid walls as windows, no transom windows, and no more floor to ceiling windows, but with material you could buy from almost any home improvement store. His reasoning was the transom windows would not fit even though he put them on the contract diagram we had all approved. Also, the proposed windows would be narrower and would not be floor to ceiling saying the city building code wouldn't allow it. He also said they could not get the color window frames we wanted, and the frames would be vinyl instead of aluminum as promised. Most of his excuses were found to be incorrect. It was not what we contracted for them to do. This upset us very much and we told his business partner this was probably breach of contract and we wanted our money back so we could hire a different contractor. After we rejected his cheap imitation of what we wanted, we found out his business applied for a building permit with his new drawing, not the contract drawing, and not what the HOA had approved and without our approval. Afterwards, and months of negotiations, they hired a SUBcontractor to do the job. A design with floor to ceiling windows with a large eight' sliding glass door. After many delays, in mid November 2025, the subcontractor installed the sliding glass door and windows. Everything was acceptable except for the screen doors that didn't fit well and had a hole rubbed in the screen. The SUBcontractor said he would have the manufacturer replace the screen doors and would return and install them within 2 weeks. Razcomm was paid in full the following day. In the meantime, it rained and water flooded into the house under the window frame. This was reported to Jason, the business partner, to relay to the subcontractor to fix. The subcontractor never returned to do anything. According to Jason, the subcontractor would not respond to his texts. Finally, after months of requesting every other week for someone to fix the leak and the screens, Mike came and put caulk under the frame to stop it from leaking. He said he would fix the hole in the screen but never returned. He and Jason were blaming everything on subcontractor, but our contract is with Razcomm--not the subcontractor. As of today, their website on google could not be reached and neither Mike nor his business partner answer texts or email from us.
