It's been driving me crazy, and I was very happy that these guys rocked it out the next day after I hired them! The reason why I chose them is because they were the only plumbers to actually answer my questions. I know we are all very busy, and people using Thumbtack to get business usually get a lot of inquiries all day long. I asked several companies what the cost would be to fix the faucet, and/or replace it. Everyone else replied with their standard $50/$99 visit fee, but Artex was the only one to actually answer the question. $99 to fix, $199 to replace. Fine! Great! Simple enough! Had them come out the next morning, which was awesome. I was supposed to receive text messages letting me know the guy was on his way, but that did not happen. I also usually get other text message follow ups from places like this, which I also did not get. It's possible they did not have my cell number right, which is just as well. It's not like I wasn't here anyhow! Guy repaired the thing in less than half and hour. Works like a charm! No more leak! No more damp soil all along that side of the house! Yay!
