Ordered a dozen long-stemmed yellow roses -- Mom's favorite! -- for Mother's Day 2025. Mom is thrilled with the gorgeous identical yellow roses, each open only about a third of the way, floating above lush greenery. Said she's never seen so many perfectly matched roses! I chose Eve's Florist specifically because they purchase directly from wholesalers. I called in my order Friday and was told that the shipment would arrive Monday morning and be delivered the same day. That's impressive service, but then the bouquet exceeded all expectations. There are few things more disturbing than a friend or family member in the hospital, unless that person is in the hospital on the other side of the country. I ordered blindly from Eve's Florist and chose a beautiful Christmas arrangement for my friend who just had (successful) open heart surgery. I pre-called the care facility where she was recouping and even double checked room number. Kathy took my order and old me when to expect delivery, so when I hadn't heard anything for a couple days, I checked w/ my friend and she had received nothing!!! Called Eve's and spoke to Kathy, who actually made the arrangement. She did some research and called the facility, which was above and beyond, as her responsibility ( creating and delivering arrangement) was completed and found the nurse who accepted, never got them to her room!!! Now she's going home and I wanted to send ( and pay for) new flowers to that address and Kathy was kind enough and apologetic enough to do so without an additional charge. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have used this florist other times and didn't have a problem. BUT it was my moms birthday and I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet. I ordered a 40 dollar bouquet and with that and shipping it came to 55$. Now this doesn't sound like much, but I ordered a bouquet not an arrangement in a vase. I am so disappointed in what was delivered. It had 3 roses 2 spider mums and some daisies. It didn't even fill her vase. It looked like something I could have purchased in publix for 15 dollars. When I got in touch with the store, they did apologize, but offered no explanation or anything else. I have never been on yelp, But signed up to review this place. I feel like I was taken advantage of for placing an order from out of state. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn't ever see it. read more

They did the flowers for my wedding. I dealt with Ed from the very begining he was awesome and very flexible. He assure me it was ok for me to stop by anytime if I wanted to change or add anything. My theme changed so I had to change the flowers he was really good with that as well and went in a couple of times to view a mock of the centerpieces. Although it was pricey the mocks help with the vision I had and Ed suggestions were great. I never dealt with JJ until a month prior to my wedding when he was reaching out to me to pay final payment and sign contact. A contract he submitted again since the changes I made previously were showing under 2 separate ones (sept changes for flowers) the final payment wasn't due yet according to the wedding wire reminders I was getting and I let him know that but he said it was wrong and I needed to sign and pay. He went over the amount with me and the next day I want to the shop and spoke with Ed and pay what was thought to be my final payment(same amount JJ told me over the phone) I spoke to Ed and went to the shop a couple of more times to drop some brouches for the bouquet and lace to use for them. Also a few days before I purchased 2 roses that we're going to be given to the Bride and Grooms moms during the ceremony and dropped off the picture tags from my grandparents to be added to my bouquet. This was something we talked about from our first meeting. Up to this point everything was great and no issues with me adding or given them things to use since I was told this was ok for me to do. A few days prior to my wedding I get a call from a girl confirming pick up time for my flowers. I let her know the flowers were supposed to be delivered and after going back and forward with her about what she was supposed to tell me and me telling her to check the contract for delivery fee etc. Things were ok after that I also called the shop later on to confirm this. The day of my wedding the centerpieces were amazing! I wasn't to happy with the size of the bridemaids bouquet and my bouquet had all the brouches instead if 1 per bouquet. Ed came to talk to me about it as I was getting ready at that time but unfortunetly the brouches couldn't be removed at the time. The bouquet looked beautiful but ir wasn't what I wanted. He apologized and let me know he didn't wrote down notes for it. Some of the flowers didn't seem to be the ones that were picked but Ed assure me they were. I was still very happy with the way Ed was with me and my family when we went to the shop. When I came back from my honeymoon I had an email with outanding balance and also a voicemail from JJ. I was already planning to call about my bouquet problem and the flowers but had to call to figure out this bill he was talking about. JJ let me know it was balance from changes I made a while back but I was trying to figure out why the total was never mentioned to me after I made my final payment 3 1/2 weeks before the wedding and me been in contact with them after that. JJ never answer that question but told me he didn't want to tell me the day of my wedding. He was very rude to me during this conversation and at one point he stated I took advantage of the situation and made a lot of changes. I let him know this was never a problem and how nice Ed was. JJ let me know that according to contract I was supposed to pay every time I went to the shop for a consultation But I didn't. And I needed to pay. I didn't have a problem with paying but the way I was treated was not professional and very condeseding. There was a lot of miscommunication and again I never dealt with JJ until it was time to pay. When I brought up the issue with my bouquet he stated it wasn't on the contract. But I tried to let him know Ed made notes with the exception of brouches and always let me know it was no problem. I let him know if this was ever a problem it wasn't communivated to me till now .JJ also informed me that Ed was fired because of been incopatent and my event was another reason he was no longer there. I don't know where JJ was throughout this whole process because I originally went to the shop a year and a half ago before my wedding. I am sad to hear about Ed no longer there (if it's true) I don't know what happen with the service they mentioned about JJ because all I got was bad service from him. My ranking is based on my experience with JJ but I really want everyone to know how awesome Ed was! And if he is no longer there is because his boss (JJ) was not around to teach the correct way to enter contracts using the online tool and lack of supervision. Also JJ you may want to re-read your contract about 15 min consultations " no cost". read more
