They had cost me a lot of time and money when I took my 4.7 jeep engine to be rebuilt. They had installed defective rebuilt or remanufactured timing parts which made the timing on my jeep off. I had to take it to numerous mechanics and specialist only to stump them with no diagnostics. I had returned to Engine Mart and ask them what could possibly be wrong and they said it must be something in your jeep that is causing the issue. I had even taken the engine back to them and they returned it and said it was good to go. But the engine still ran horribly. After 4 years of my jeep just sitting, I finally took the engine apart myself and found out what the issue was. Look at the attached photos and you will see that they had installed a misaligned timing idler sprocket that they had assembled. It is so aggravating by the amount of time and money I wasted trying to find out what was wrong with it. I would tell others to possibly take a gamble on Engine Mart. It's a hit or miss with them.
