I called Norcold, the manufacturer of the refrigerator, to find a service provider. They recommended Master Kraft mobile service as they were located in my area. I had to wait a week to get an appointment and specifically took a day off of work to get the repairs done. In that week I tried a few different things that ended up working really well for the seal, however, I still needed the door off. The owner of the company, as it turns out, showed up an hour late for the appointment. I showed him what had worked over the last week to keep the refrigerator really cold. He proceeds to tell me he is just going to let me do the repair myself. I could tell instead of working with the customer he did not like hearing anything I had to say. I was taken aback and replied that I thought we were just having a discussion. He was so upset that a WOMAN tried to share ANY of her thoughts on his repair job he wouldn't even start. At this point I was very upset and I told him I'd pay him the full amount of the repair just to take the refrigerator door off. I walked away very angry. He then decided to pack up and leave not completing any of the work I had waited a week to have done. Later I called the company and found out he was the owner. It was apparent that this company doesn't provide any customer service or even common courtesy. I have never had such an unpleasant or demeaning experience. Maybe if you're a man you might get some respect. If you're a woman better keep your mouth shut, stay out of the way and head to the kitchen to fix him a snack.

A trustworthy shop, insanely quality work, experienced technicians, clear easy to read invoices, transparency, friendly people, and a team who get's the vehicle 100% done and doesn't fall off at the last lap is so hard to find under one roof and yet these attributes all exist at John's Service Center. I was referred to them a few months ago and they are now my go to shop and I've thrown their name to many other people. I've had them work on my 64' Rambler, 55' Ford F100, and a newer Expedition. They have exceeded my expectations every time. I've spoke to both Steve and Eric when going there and they're always super friendly and knowledgeable. There were plenty of chargers open, so I didn't have to circle around or wait, which is rare. It just felt low stress the whole time. Also, having a bathroom nearby made a huge difference. I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate that until I actually had it. It just makes the whole experience way more comfortable. Overall, just a really smooth experience. I don't want to have to deal with charging an EV while I'm on vacation.... But here we are. I was surprised and somewhat relieved to find that this BP Pulse station is located right across the street from the new rental car building. There were so many chargers and they were all open. I've seen videos of the lengthy lines at super charger stations, so I'm glad this station wasn't busy. The first stall we pulled into, we had a difficult time connecting the charger to the car. We probably looked very confused and frustrated, but this guy came out to help us. That was super nice. I think he works here based on like the professional help we received, but maybe he was a customer. Idk. I know Tesla super chargers don't have service attendants, but that's cool if this one does. The car took about 20 minutes to charge 25% and cost $12. It seems like that is a slower rate than a Tesla supercharger, but I'm not sure. This station has a small "lounge" area that has tables chairs and vending machines. There are a couple bathrooms too that are way nicer than your typical gas station restroom. I think it was so empty because it's relatively new. Maybe if the rental car companies told people about this place, it would help the customers out.
