I went to three places in the area to get quotes on replacing a 2005 GMC radio with a new one. This place was the best price and had the most flexibility, and the guy I met was helpful, so I went for it. Awesome work! It only took a couple hours, and the install is so clean. I felt like I needed to put a good review, thank you so much.

Excellent service and can't beat the price. I came in to get my alarm, sound and windows tint all in one trip. Ask for Victor, he will give you good prices and top of the line service. He would explain the whole process before hand. No hidden fees of any kind. No wait time, considering I had an appointment. I would definitely bring my other car here. Giving them all 5 stars because it is well deserved. Thank you!

My killswitch was acting up and didn't let me start the car, got towed here and got my problem situated in ten minutes. Highly recommended

I had a disappointing experience with a cashier during my recent visit to AutoZone…read more When I approached the register, the cashier seemed uninterested in assisting customers and was engaged in a conversation with a coworker instead of focusing on the checkout process. During the transaction, he openly complained about his manager, specifically mentioning that his manager had repeatedly told him to put his phone away. He went on to say that he had no intention of following those instructions and would simply wait for the manager to walk away before taking his phone back out and continuing to use it. This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This took place on Tuesday, 6/16/26, between 5:00-5:30pm at Register 4.

Due to a series of unfortunate incidents, I found my car's battery had completely died on Sunday…read more Just an horrible end to an absolute awful week. So I did some research into replacing the battery and found that Advance Auto Parts offers free installation, AND battery registration. You have to register the battery in a timely manner, or your car won't charge your new battery properly and it won't be as good. It's basically telling your car that "hey, you have a new battery at X Ah, take care of it". For my particular car, it's $90+ of gear/software on top of everything else. I went into the store, Esteban was immediately there to help me locate the correct battery and help me install it. Seriously went above and beyond to help me. Btw, while they do installations and stuff, they can't see in the dark. So depending on the time of year, installations can end as early as 4pm. Highly recommend this place for your car needs, especially if you're not confident about battery, wiper, etc... install.

He gave me his honest opinion and made me feel taken care of. He also installed the battery I purchased and was able to successfully troubleshoot a hiccup when the terminal was stuck. Ask for Steve when you go in and you're guaranteed to get an exceptional customer experience.
