Both parts together was less than $150.00. They did her maintenance in less than an hour. That was different--price wise. Due to the fact that they were kind of busy, the guy apologized to us for the maintenance taking a bit longer. He said it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes. The dealership along with the parts department was very clean. They even asked us if we wanted something to drink, but since we were already full, we declined the offer. It was fast, quick and she was very happy with the work that they have done on her car and got the parts for an affordable price. She was happier that they actually had them in stock. When we purchased the vehicle, there was a different scent inside the car, which we assumed was from the dealership detailing it. Now that we have had the car for a little while and that scent has worn off, it has become very clear that the vehicle has a significant cigarette smoke odor. The smell is especially strong and unbearable when the car gets hot. We have a brand new baby, so had we known that the vehicle had been heavily smoked in, we absolutely would not have purchased it. The vehicle was slightly discounted, and we were specifically told that the lower price was because it had been sitting on the lot for a while. At no point during the purchase process was the cigarette smoke odor or apparent smoking history disclosed to us. We reached out to the dealership about the issue and received no response. We are incredibly disappointed that something this significant was not disclosed before the sale, particularly when we were given a different explanation for the discounted price. We expected much better transparency and customer service from a Honda dealership, especially after making such a major purchase.

The truck was delivered with visible scratches already on it. When I flagged this, I was told to bring it back in for repair -- but instead of offering a loaner vehicle so I could still get around, they only offered an Uber to and from my house for the day. That was just the start. Since taking delivery, I've had an airbag warning light come on and noticed the alignment is off -- not exactly what you expect from a brand-new truck. The finance side of things was its own headache. The moment the paperwork was signed, the finance manager seemed to vanish -- no one on staff could tell me where to find them for follow-up questions. I'd strongly encourage anyone buying here to read every line of your contract before signing, because add-ons have a way of getting added without a clear conversation about them. To make matters worse, I've called the main sales line multiple times asking to have Gustavo call me back -- silence every time. Even showing up in person, nobody at the dealership seems to know where he is. At this point it's easier to find Jesus than it is to find him. My salesperson, Mandeep, was nice and helpful throughout the process -- but that seems to be true of everyone here right up until you sign. After that, it's like you're dead to them. Part of this is on me -- I didn't shop around enough beforehand, and other dealers later quoted me a noticeably cheaper price for the same truck. Lesson learned, but it also means this dealership knew they weren't offering a competitive deal and sold it to me anyway. Between the vehicle condition at delivery, the ongoing mechanical issues, the vanishing finance manager, and now an unreachable salesperson, I'd think twice before buying here -- and I'd definitely get quotes elsewhere first. He explained the different packages and it was pretty much a done deal. I wasn't expecting to drive out with a new car today. I didn't take the title to my trade-in with me. Ernesto offered to follow me home to pick it up. Let me tell you, this is how you provide service for a customer. This guy listened to me, gave me a few options and after the deal was sealed, followed me home to get the title. He even helped me transfer my things to the new car. What a salesman! Keyes Lexus quoted me approximately $1,200 per month with $2,000 down for only 5,000 miles per year. That deal was absolutely ridiculous. I decided to shop around and went to Glendale Lexus, where I was offered a fully loaded IS 350 F SPORT for $590/month with $3,000 down and 5,000 miles per year. The difference was unbelievable -- essentially the same type of vehicle, but hundreds of dollars less per month. I'm glad I didn't settle for Keyes' offer and took the time to get another quote. My advice: shop around and get multiple quotes before signing anything at Keyes Lexus. Based on my experience, their pricing was nowhere near competitive. I would definitely recommend checking Glendale Lexus before considering Keyes.
