Parking: There are 15 back-in charging stations and 1 head-in charging station. The head-in spot is located at the corner spot closer to the end of the row. Environment: Located behind the Dick's Sporting Goods, these chargers are not too far off from CA-1 FWY. It's in a super convenient location since there are tons of shops nearby. It's not too far away from Target, El Pollo Loco, and Olive Garden. A bit further out and you can even go to Costco. If you want to stay close by, there's a neat gazebo nearby for you to sit at. We hit up the Target for our restroom break. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This was a nice place to charge up at. There's plenty of things nearby to past the time or to grab a bite to eat. 250 kW chargers make charging fast!

I also love their courtyard area, which has a lot of tables with umbrellas. It's a nice outdoor setting to have lunch with our dog. (It could get quite windy, though.) Our dog loves to go inside the Tractor Supply Co, right next to the Public Market, as well. Since most of the eateries close early, we usually come here for lunch or an early dinner while we charge, and have tried almost every restaurant. I love the slaw bowls at Todo Bueno, the lunch specials at Sushi Goshi, the pesto pasta at Humble Oven and the açai bowls at Neighborhood Açai.

That was also awesome put in a request in the app a technician showed up in 20 minutes with a loaner tire and had it installed and the damaged tire loaded in my trunk as well as scheduled the repair appointment at my local Tesla Service station. The whole experience only offset my trip by 30 minutes before I was back on the road. At Tesla I can almost guarantee a loaner car to use while I wait if it's going to be longer than normal. Their lounge is great with drinks and snacks and there is plenty around in walking distance to kill time if a loaner is not available. Tesla is a great value Everytime I go in the service department tries their best to do repairs or replacement under warranty. Didn't happen this time and I ended up replacing both my rear tires which was more than I wanted to spend but you can't win them all. As I said I personally have never had a bad experience with the Tesla Motor vehicle side of the house....Solar that's another story.

This Tesla service center continues to provide less than subpar service on our Model S. Several issues: charge port not working, air leak in the drivers window, and lastly a weird whirling sound in the engine itself. We brought it in this morning and despite having an appointment, they would only address one issue; the charger. I offered to leave it as long as they needed to get everything done and they refused. I don't even need a loaner car. Now we'll have to make more trips over the grade and hope that they get it right. I have no confidence they will and don't even feel comfortable driving it at this point. Had I known how awful Teslas service was in general, I never would have bought this vehicle straight out. As soon as it's "fixed" I'm selling it.

Very kind, patient, work hard to make the experience a positive. There were six of us and even though we booked over six months in advance, the only suite option left that could accommodate us was Harvard Square. For a bunch of girls, the room is far beyond what you'd imagine a Madonna Inn room would be. It was dimly lit , brown and had the overall vibe of an Ivy League library. We had obviously envisioned all things pink. But overall the suite was spacious for the six of us. My big complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable and there is no shelving or hooks for toiletry bags. Also house keeping is only upon request instead of daily or every other day. The exterior however is awe inspiring, the pool area is ador, and the bar/restaurants inside are fun and inviting. We appreciated the live music and that there is free parking. Would come back again purely to try out a different room.

By far the best experience I've had with an installation of any sort. Mike came out and did a site…read moresurvey and talked to me about options for the location of the charger. He considered our concerns and needs for safety and convenience. We knew it wasn't going to be a simple install because our breaker was on the opposite side of the preferred install location in the garage. I received a detailed and itemized install quote along with load calculations of our current panel showing us we could charge at full amperage. When I asked another electrician for an itemized quote or question, I received no response/reply. Mike was great with answering all my questions and keeping me updated on our expected install date. Once the permit was approved, he was in constant contact with me to set up and finalize install/inspection dates. 1 day of install, inspection the next day. Mike also gave us a packet with information on 3CE rebates that we would be eligible for (with a video walkthrough help on how to fill out the application). Overall, I would highly recommend Mike (apprentice Reece was a diligent worker also) and Charged Up EVs' install service. Quote was reasonable and with rebates, not much out of pocket. I'd rather pay a bit more to have ease of mind and know it's done right. It was nice having someone respond to my questions and requests within a day and not ghosting me. No complaints, have already charged my vehicle 4 times since install. No issues to speak of.
