We settled on a price and booked a quick trip from Hawaii. It was worth it! When we arrived, the team at THRV had the RV prepped and after a thorough inspection we closed the deal, hitched it up and have been in love with it ever since. At delivery, two holes were found in the theater seat; photos were taken and the issue documented. I was told the replacement would arrive in 2-4 weeks. By April, there were no updates and no one could confirm if the part was even ordered. In May, after multiple calls (including unreturned calls to managers), I was told the part had never been ordered. It was finally placed while I was on the phone, with the same 2-4 week estimate and a "direct" number for follow-up. It is now June--six weeks later--with no update. Calls and messages go unanswered, including to that direct line. I would not recommend doing business here.
