First and last time customer. I had incredibly high hopes when I walked in. However, during my pedicure, I kept pulling away from the massage because it was painful. I even conveyed that to the person doing it. He continued to massage the same place to the point I started getting lightheaded and sweating from the pain. Then he was digging in the sides of my toes and now they're sore and swollen. I paid for one of the higher end pedicures and the bottom of my feet were never touched. First and last time customer - Worst pedicure ever! For starters, the entire pedicure lasted 15 minutes (and that includes the time it took him to paint my toes), and when he painted them, he only did two coats of polish - no base coat, no top coat, just two coats of polish, which doesn't even look good. To say I could have saved myself $35 and just painted my toes at home would be an understatement - they probably would look and feel better if I had honestly. My feet look and feel practically the same as they did when I went in there other than my polish was blue and now it's pink. There was no trimming of any of the cuticles, no callus removal (other than a salt scrub he rubbed on my feet for maybe 30 seconds) - the only thing he did was cut down three toenails, rub some salt scrub and lotion on my legs (VERY quickly), ran a pumice stone thing across my toes once or twice, then slapped two coats of polish on there and sent me on my way. read more

This was my first and last visit. The place is clean, staff is friendly, a few speak English. I would have preferred better communication with my technician than pointing and nodding. Pedicure was okay (selected gel), the manicure not so much. He filed my cuticles with the drill thing, and made several bleed. You can see this in the pic. I selected dip for my mani. He didn't use the same amount of dip on both hands, then sanded down the polish before sealing with gel top coat, which burned my cuticles. Good thing I have top coat sealer at home, because he missed a few spots, and the edges will need to be filed because some are rough. read more

When I first started going to this nail shop it was called Evian and then the name changed to ENVY...the service was good the nail techs were good after the name changed the business is not the same it seems like they hurry you now to get to the next client also they don't clean nail polish when it gets on your skin, the pedicure is lacking now as well sloppy work. I went in to get regular polish on a mani and pedi and the young male tech asked me 7 times if I wanted gel polish, I said NO and I had to get smart with him and ask did he not understand English and one of the other techs said something to him in their language and he didn't ask me anymore it was annoying!! I have to now find a new nail shop yes, it's pretty on the inside but I don't care about that, and the prices have skyrocketed as well. They just lost a good customer!! read more

I wanted gel nail polish on my fingers and regular on my feet. When I got in the light at home I noticed my toes were orange/coral and my fingers were hot pink. I called and they said they were not responsible if the two colors in the same box were different colors. They told me to come in the next morning and they could only fix it if I wanted gel on my feet as well. I had to leave town so I went ahead and got the gel. Of course they charged me extra. They said the company sometimes put the wrong regular color in with the gel. Well that should not be on the customer. I will NEVER be back! This was my 1st and possibly last time visiting this salon. Although the massage was nice, the man who did my nails was sloppy. There was a rimence of polish on my toes and fingertips. The nail shapes are uneven, and the surface still was bumpy even after I asked for an additional even coat. When he attempted to fix my toes, he left a drop of polish on my shoe & did not clean it off. These were simple mistakes that he could not fix. To make matters even worse, the receptionist did not apply the discount, overcharged my card & said she could not process my refund because the manager was not present. She attempted to give me a gift card, but I wanted my money back. The discount was the whole reason I visited in the first place! If you do visit this establishment, I recommend paying cash only & getting service from someone other than Jayden. read more

i just got off work doing a 8am-3pm and I just wanted my toes done and it is sad how bad he did on my feet not only that I had to correct him on putting the tip on twice ... n I did not get my feet scrubbed right still dead skin on my feet like I'm overly upset and irritated and I always get a hot towel and hot rocks wtv you call them they only provide a hot towel .. and i paid 70 dollars for it ... and I cried twice bc I just wanted to go home but I didn't want to be rude, then he rushing me to get up mind you I came in my work shoes and again I always get my nails done after work and they give me slides and they ask would I like some to drink I had to ask him twice for drink and then I had to explain to him to give me slides so I can leave.. like that's common knowledge n I'm still in my work clothes... and no oil on my feet after like it's just all bad I'm just going to stick to Xoxo nails and spa cause this shit of a "nail salon" is bull shit. read more

"This is my first time here. The place is impressive. Upon entering, the receptionist was extremely nice. However, my tech is literally falling asleep while she is doing my pedicure! My cuticles weren't touched; barely filed two toe nails. Needless to say I did not get a good pedicure. My feet do not feel any different. I am rethinking the manicure I was going to get. Everyone was very nice as soon as I walked in, they offered me something to drink many times and made sure I was ok. I then Got a gel pedicure done and it was nice. Then I got a full set done with gel. The nail tech his name is (Long) seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, all the other nail techs kept on coming to watch him do my nails and give him advice. As he was using the drill to smooth my nails he cut me once and then again on my pinky. He then moved on to my other hand and cut another one of my fingers by the cuticle with the drill and this time it was bleeding. I had to have him stop so I could wash my hands and look at all the places he cut me. Then I had to have another nail tech translate to him that I did not want anything else done to my nails other than the polish so I could leave. The polish was put on and it was lumpy on a couple of nails, there was also spots on the sides of my nails missing nail polish. The tech and other nail tech or manager kept apologizing and all they said was "next time we'll give you someone better who knows what they're doing" I was already nervous trying a new nail place so there will not be a next time. read more
