So grateful I found Jenya when I did. I was at my limit with the amount of pain I had in my trapezius muscle. I suffered from tension head aches and shoulder pain for years, every time I worked out my back I could feel the trap muscle take over and eventually it started to grow so big it made me self conscious.. I didn't know what to do. one day I randomly found her instagram page and immediately I was intrigued..She had so much information on how injecting the muscle with Botox could help relax the muscle and relieve pain I had never heard of this before so I did more research.
