I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because of the profound impact this procedure has had on my life. I hope my experience helps others make a fully informed decision when considering their options. It has been over seven months since my surgery, and not a day has gone by without stress, regret, and sadness about the outcome. What I hoped would increase my confidence has instead had the opposite effect, significantly affecting how I feel about my body. Before surgery, I was very clear that I wanted a small, natural-looking BBL. Unfortunately, the result I received was not consistent with the aesthetic I had hoped for. The outcome appears much boxier and larger than what I had envisioned and discussed during my consultations. (I am willing to share photos documenting my experience.) I began expressing concerns about the shape almost immediately after surgery and was repeatedly reassured that I needed more time to heal, that swelling needed to resolve, and that the fat would eventually "settle." I trusted the process and waited patiently. However, after more than seven months, the concerns I raised from the beginning remain. I also experienced issues with the contour of my thighs that I brought up during follow-up appointments. I followed the recommendations I was given, including compression, multiple lymphatic massages, and foam placement, but I did not see meaningful improvement. What has been most difficult for me is not only the outcome itself, but the feeling that my concerns were never truly addressed. I left multiple appointments hoping for reassurance or solutions and instead felt that I was continually being told to wait longer. As time passed and the results remained unchanged, that became increasingly heartbreaking. Since my surgery, I have consulted with twelve board-certified plastic surgeons to better understand my options moving forward. One thing I learned is that every surgeon has a different aesthetic style and approach, and not every surgeon is the right fit for every patient's anatomy or goals. Looking back, I wish I had spent more time researching different surgical styles and seeking additional opinions before making my decision. Based on my personal outcome, I do not feel that the surgical approach used in my case aligned with my anatomy or the natural aesthetic I had clearly communicated that I wanted. I understand that other patients may have had different experiences. This review reflects only my personal experience and my honest feelings about the results of my procedure. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most emotionally difficult experiences I have ever gone through, and I wish I had made a different choice. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Moshrefi for a Mommy Makeover/Fat Transfer to buttocks. On 9/30/25 I had a mommy makeover with fat transfer to buttocks. I'm Absolutely disappointed that I chose Dr. Moshrefi to do my procedure. After first week I had to be aspirated on the sides of the breast as well as fluid in the abdomen area after surgery. Sides of breasts are lumpy and lower abdomen Still protrudes outward. I told him I should get an ultrasound to see if I have any issues? He had David hand me over a prescription to get it done. I knew he was irritated that I wasn't happy. I did go to Northridge Diagnostics and had the ultrasound done and they sent results to him. of course he never called me with the outcome because he knew he screwed up. He took no accountability. I had to go and get my results printed up and I took the scan to a reputable surgeon to have them read it. I immediately requested my medical records from Modern Plastic Surgery and I have yet to receive them. They Refuse to give them to me. I had to file a complaint with the CA State medical board. They assigned me a case number. HIPAA states that those medical records should always be given upon request. They exceeded the timeline. Also, My Fat transfer to the buttocks looks lopsided and flat. I told him one week after surgery it didn't work I'm still flat and he actually told me maybe because you're sitting down on it right now at my postop appointment. (I'd been sitting on a bbl pillow every moment. He knew he did a horrible job and made sure to say " it's nothing I've done". Lipo 360 was not done correctly. Every surgeon I've gone to regarding getting a revision done to correct his work said Lipo 360 should be the side of the breast all the way down through the waist.. it's sculpting. He made sure he charged me for everything. Even the day of surgery his brother told me you are probably going to need a lift with your implant exchange. I said why wasn't this discussed in my preop? He has pictures of what I wanted. And we discussed it already. Today is my surgery, And I'm paid in full. He said yes but after review it's going to be extra. We can just take the extra 6000 now, and that's a deal for you.. Dr normally charges 8k!! He then Brings in a credit card machine and puts it in front of me and said you can charge it or we can wait to do your surgery so you can get qualified for care credit. This is all while I am prepped and ready for surgery, and already taken off work I wish I would've known how these two shady characters worked.. I should've ran as fast as hell out of his office. Huge mistake on my end. Please do your research. I chose the local route, which is now come back to bite me hard. 35k and he said it was such a deal! Waiting on the medical board to see what can be done but as of today, I have revisions surgery scheduled for April 27th with another DR. to fix abdomen, sides of breast and fat transfer. Please get second opinions. I don't wish what I've been through on anybody. read more

My initial experience here was great. Friendly staff, accommodating service, and I happily referred friends. So it's disappointing to leave a negative review, but my most recent experience warrants it. The Daxxify I received in December didn't hold up the way it should. By month 3, I had significant movement back and an uneven brow. When I called, I learned the provider had left and the practice no longer offers Daxxify. The resolution options offered didn't feel fair given the circumstances. Bringing back an outside provider felt uncomfortable, and being asked to pay a 20-unit minimum without honoring the quality issue wasn't acceptable. I understand businesses go through changes, but how you handle those transitions says a lot. This experience left me feeling like a number, not a valued patient. I got my surgery back in August of last year. I wanted to wait a few months to let you all know my progress. Not only the breast augmentation and labiaplasty procedure did not accomplish these tasks, the horrible results with terrible scars have caused me severe depression and avoid intimacy. The surgeries were so poorly executed, leaving me with physical scars where I have been receiving multiple injections and treatments by other surgeons and psychologists sessions for my emotional scars. Initially the doctor and the office staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive to my calls and requests. During my consultation I had specifically stated a particular bra size that I was looking forward to have, and the shape I wanted. To my horror after I woke up from my surgeries, not only I am not the size that I was promised, I am smaller than I was prior to my breast documentation. My labia is horribly deformed to the point that is repairable forcing me to avoid close contacts and intimacy. When I inquired about my small breast after surgery, the implants size used, he completely denied our discussions and what I had been promised. Ever since I have expressed my disappointment with his office, my calls and demands have been ignored and responses are delayed for days. I have been requesting to resolve this matter for months and they have refused to meet and discuss my issues. It is evident that the doctor lacked the necessary skill and professionalism to perform these procedures correctly and all he is after is money to the point that he forces and demands his clients to leave 5-star reviews for him online. If you ever come across my initial review after my surgery, it is what I was asked /forced to write and not my true feelings. Wanted to share my experience , I went for initial consultation with doctor late July looking for eyelid and possible issue with stomach scars , the recommended procedure was upper and lower eye and side plastic surgery my only real concerns here was smile lines on side and under my eyes as off a month now I still show the under eye smile lines which as off now I see no improvement . The second procedure was upper tummy tick to correct some stomach scars in my lower belly area , again as off a month I have seen minimal improvement in that area and my biggest concern now is the scars that were generated for the tummy tick upper area , the cost off these procedures was over 38 k and the discomfort process I went thru the 2 weeks after procedure were honestly not off value to me , I ended up in emergency the night off procedure with Urine blockage which was quite discomfort for several days I M hopeful that these concerns will be less over time , however as off this point I honestly fell very dis satisfied with procedures and cost off overall results based on what I was seeking , I made the decision to do this , however I also have to be honest in my experience read more

I had appointment with doctor Moshrefi , proximally, one year ago .I wanted to do upper eyelid surgery. Shortly after this appointment I had problems in my family and I was forced to leave the USA for eight months. When I came back , I called to the office of doctor Moshrefi and asked for appointment to discuss with him the possibility of doing low eyelid surgery because the result of the previous operation was unsuccessful (I have ectropion) and I don't know how high the risk of a repeat surgery is. His manager and patient coordinator David refuse to give me appointment because the doctor Moshrefi does not see patients a second time. If I want to see a doctor I have to come and pay the deposit for the surgery right away. I tried to explain to David I did not mind to pay but i have to discuss with the doctor the possibility of a more severe ectropion after a second surgery but David was adamant. read more
