Very professional, listens and has always the best solution or provide you with the best treatment option. I had a tooth that didn't look the greatest due to a root canal, etc., needed a special touch cosmetically etc. - Dr Vranjes and also my awesome hygienist Kylie recommended to see Dr. Montemayor. Kylie - dental hygienist with a passion and positive attitude, always with her big and beautiful smile. She is the best! I was a bit afraid and waited with my decision till yesterday and OMG, Dr Isela Montemayor accompanied by lovely Kris is an artist. Kris is an angel, can't say enough good words about this beautiful soul - thank you for being so special Kris. Dr. Isela did an amazing job, made my day. I can smile and talk to people without always thinking of that tooth that was discolored and sticking out. Thank you again to all of the staff for everything they do and how they do it! A few years ago I booked in to see Dr. spencer to bond a front veneer that had chipped. It was…read morerandom that I came upon Deer Valley. Dr. spencer was great, did a fantastic job on my chipped veneer and it ultimately lasted for years. My house happens to be downtown so my regular dentist (as of a year ago) is also downtown for convenience. Last week my veneer chipped again. Rather than call my family dentist I called Dr. spencer because a) I really liked him and b) he did a fantastic job. Last week was not at all the same. When I called to book a repair, the receptionist said the Dr. Spencer had an opening the following week on Tuesdat at 2pm. I showed up at 2 only to be told she hopes she could get me in as Dr. Spencer only had 20 minutes to do my repair. I mentioned that I drove all the way from NW Calgary for this appointment and had a function on Thursday so I certainly hope he can fit me in (a prebooked appointment) as I had not inquired elsewhere for the repair. At 2 I was brought in by his assistant. She prepped me for Dr. Spencer. When Dr. Spencer came in he was visibly rushed and appeared to be quite agitated and I almost felt like I was an inconvenience. As he rushed through the bonding, he repeatedly told me that he can't guarantee how long it would last. His requests for me to turn my head, look down, look up were sharp and once again I felt like an inconvience. Apparently he had just gotten back from vacation and was very booked up. I sat there salivating trying to swallow without suction offered, the spray to rinse my mouth continually spray my whole face. Very rushed and no care. When he was done, my teeth were rough with chunks of bonding behind my teeth. I asked if he could buff them or something as they felt like sand paper. He did, once again just trying to rush me through. I did make a comment on how busy and rushed they seemed. The final spray to rinse literally went all over my face, the assistance I had wipe my whole face. Really? Slow down.When he was done he made mention that he had taken off some of my veneer (which was take off the length which I now notice). He left and I told the assistance that I could actually feel a chunk behind my tooth. She felt it and agreed. She told me that it better for strength. When I got home I has wished that I had given my regular dentist a chance as now I had paid $250 for a 20 minute bond repair that a week later is starting to chip again. I would ask when you book an appointment if you are being squeezed in. Had I known it was a 20 minute rush job for a quick $250.00 I would not have booked there. Very disappointing as I had a choice to go to my own dentist. My advice to Deer Valley is slow down. I recognize demand is high but consumers have a choice a so where to spend their hard earned money. Maybe to a dentist $250.00 is a nice dinner out but to many it is part of a tight budget. I found that Hans was terrific as a dentist and perfectionist at heart and always seeing the procedure through to a proper conclusion. I knew that I was in good hands with him. The team support too, was very good, they were both - friendly - and professional. The problem that I had with this office was on the management side of things; so much so, that I elected to lodge my concerns with the Alberta Dental Association. I informed the staff at 360 that I don't do business that way and moved on and in doing so, discovered a great office! I would suggest to any new patient going to any office, to ensure that you get a suggest that you get a treatment plan in writing prior to undergoing any treatment. That way, everyone is on the same page with less room for misunderstanding.

Very quiet and gentle personalities working here, which is a direct reflection of the atmosphere. Plenty of free parking, new and nice environment. Very clean and spacious feeling throughout. But, a new owner took over at the end of 2019 & after texting me about a promotion (and me telling them I didn't want anything to do with them, not realizing it was under new ownership) they offered to take a look correcting the previous dentists sloppy work. I have to say the new owner, Dr. Daya, is a stellar dentist who took ownership (when she was not at fault) for the previous dentists sloppy work and offered to make things right. Her & the team she has assisting her have seriously impressed me, this is what a functional dentists office should be. Wait times are short during weekdays, staff are friendly and respectful, prices are in line with the provincial average. This dental office has gone through a 180 degree change and I will be returning in the future.
