I talked to the clerk who said the line was wrapped around the building this morning prior to opening at 10am. Must've been around 200 people!! Well-organized into sections such as dresses, blouses, shirts, leggings & athletic wear, pants, shorts, some belts, hats & purses. Mostly designer names. Alba checked me out after probably a 20-minute wait in the line. She was bubbly & told me about the business & if I had any questions. They take in items for you to sell as well. As I waited to be helped I wandered around the store to see if I might want to take a store credit to be able to get more money for the clothes I was selling. I am not exaggerating, I would not have purchased one item I saw and believe me, I had plenty of time to look! An accent button that was on the inside of the dress, not one that served any purpose or function. I was baffled and asked how could I have ruined the dress when it was sold to me like that. She then yelled saying "We would never sell you a damage dress!" I literally was shocked bc this dress wasn't damaged at all and this is how it was sold to me. The person who folded it didn't catch it, and guess what? They sold it to me like that. Sounds like a YOU problem. Then she said j couldn't make the return to which point o stood my ground and refused to leave until the return was made. I will never shop at any Francesca's moving forward. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. This was not a functional button. It was a button that was inside the dress.
