A manager named Karla came to assist the associate, but instead of listening to my concern, she immediately became argumentative. I tried to explain that I was aware I hadn't returned my full order, but there was still about a $50 discrepancy. Rather than take the time to help clarify the difference, she dismissed what I was saying and refused to explain. At that point, I gave up trying to reason with her and asked for my items back so I could go to another location. She handed me my bag without even placing all my items in it properly. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I ended up driving to another Victoria's Secret store where the employees listened, assisted me kindly, and processed my return correctly without any issues. This location clearly needs some retraining in customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend visiting this store if you're expecting respectful or helpful service.
