They CARE about everyone there and always make time for questions and try to help in any way they can and have such positive attitudes and they encourage everyone to be positive. This is not your ordinary gym, it is extraordinary. The friendliness and vibe is awesome. The trainers are uber trained and know fitness and nutrition. You feel supported and encouraged here. All shapes and sizes welcome. Having been one of the largest in the beginning, I know isolation and uncomfortable but here not only the trainers but the other patrons are ALL encouraging no matter where you are in your journey. I look forward to getting my butt kicked, the nutrition accountability, and the honest but kind feedback when I miss the boat. I set daily and weekly goals to eat right, sleep enough, and workout vs I want to lose X by whenever. I learned the latter postpones my accountability - now when the trainer asks about my nutrition and sleep I can give on time feedback based on my current short term achievable goal. Trust me the results are adding up - one short goal after another. It's been nearly a year since my husband and I started at Evolve - I feel strong, healthy, and alive. I hated gyms, never felt like I belonged, always thought I was being judged. And then I found Evolve! I love the HIIT classes! You get a different workout everyday and the coaches are AMAZING! There are plenty of class options, and although many think I'm crazy, I go at 4:45am. The Fit Family is incredible! Everyone is so encouraging and positive! I don't feel judged, I feel included and STRONG. It doesn't matter what level you are at or where you are in your journey, there is a place for you at Evolve. Even now when our world is crazy and everywhere is shutting down, the owner and coaches at Evolve are working their butts off to get set up online so we can still workout at home, but with our fit fam! Great gym! Just try it! I am the type who actually likes to exercise, but I get bored easily. I've been with Evolve for over 2 years, and there is never a dull moment! The part I like best is that the workout is always challenging, yet it's suitable for anyone. The classes are full of everyone from beginners to those who are very fit and continuing to get better...and everyone feels comfortable working out together! If you want a challenge, you work faster and lift heavier. If you are just starting out, you can start light as you build your fitness. Plus the gym looks cool...lots of hot pink. But don't worry guys, it's definitely not girly. The owners, Chris and Kristi are great...fun, helpful and very welcoming. And the other trainers Kristin and Ben will be there with you every step of the way. I've been a member at Evolve for 3 years. I've lost 25 pounds, gained body muscle, mental muscle, developed healthier habits and gained a FitFam! I love the fact that I can walk in, ready to work out & the workout is written for me & always demonstrated before each class. The music and encouragement from the coaches keeps me going! Evolve Fitness is more than a gym, it is a family! Absolutely love working out at this place. The workouts are only 30 minutes, are intense and you see results fast. Management and trainers are absolutely awesome!! They motivate you even when you don't believe in yourself and are always friendly when you walk in the door. Chris May does an amazing job and is always there to correct your form to make sure you get the full benefit of each workout. I've been a member here for almost a year. Tried the other gyms in town but Evolve is the best at FITNESS TRAINING. It's not just a gym where you walk in and wander around trying to figure out what you're doing. They have a free consultation, personal training, fit camps (group training) and nutrition plans to keep you focused and on track. Its a friendly, fun place to meet great people, make new friends and change your lifestyle to get healthy.
