The microblading removal process was surprisingly comfortable, and it only took one session to get rid of the blue-grey color that had been bothering me for so long. I scheduled the appointment in August. I am a busy executive, and had a meeting come up for my appointment day/time that I couldn't miss. I sent a message asking if I would be able to move my appointment rather than cancel because I didn't want to lose my deposit and I only needed to reschedule. I sent the message at least a week prior to my appointment but received no answer. I then sent another message via her contact us button but once again never received a response. I then sent a message via text. She answered and asked for screenshots which I sent. I never heard back. I've now followed up two more times with zero reply. To be treated this way is unacceptable. I have been a supporter of her business, even referring four clients to her. I love supporting women-owned businesses and believe in referring business; however, I will not be treated poorly by anyone. I'm quite sure her business will go on just fine without me or the 4 people I referred, but she'll never get another nickel of my money. Too many people out here doing this same work for me to put up with this BS. I also put the deposit on my AMEX, so they will make sure I get my money back thank goodness. Never again.
