I almost skipped doing a trial because I trusted Jenny that much. But when we talked, she encouraged me to go for it--not because I needed it, but because it's part of the whole wedding experience. During the trial, I told Jenny I wanted to look sleek and snatched for one of my pre-wedding events. She is patient, listens to what your preferences are, gives guidance on visions without being overpowering, and is humble enough to make any tweaks or changes you might want.
