I reached out to her and we spoke on the phone a few days ago and she explained the process and everything that I need to know. She asked me what I wanted to get out of this and told her what im going through. I immediately felt comfortable with her so I booked my first hypnotherapy. I got there early to make sure I find parking. She welcomed me and felt right at home. We worked on one issue today which led to the life changing event. It gave me a different perspective. She also gave me suggestions while I was in my subconscious state. I felt so relaxed and calm that I can tell the difference with how I felt after (and this is just the first session) which I havent felt in the last 2 weeks. This is what I needed! Today was a day full of crying for me (which has been the norms lately) and my session with Clarice was not an exception. I was able to let it all out to the deepest core (tapping from my subconscious mind). A lot of the emotions were being released. I cant wait for our next session. I feel like this first session was equivalent to several sessions with my regular therapist.
