I was surprised to find this gem in Sioux City! The studio is beautiful. Canopy ceilings, candles and 3 golden mirrors in the front. I love the essential oils they used and the instructors have great music selection. The two classes I attended (heated power and yin yoga) were not as challenging as I would have hoped. A great studio for all levels. They have a new student special $25 for 2 wks unlimited class. Definitely recommend trying this studio! read more

I was only in town for a week, but attended one class a day and found the studio so beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the classes were great and offered throughout the day which was convenient for my schedule. I have to admit that I did find it a little bit on the cold side in there, but I am from the deeeep South originally, so I'm guessing the Midwesterners find it perfect ;) read more

Needed a yoga session while in town. Found Evolve and Meghan's Sunday Kundalini class. One of the best yoga classes I've ever been to. It was a beautiful experience. The studio was peaceful and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Thanks, Meghan! read more

They both are so welcoming and helpful and make you feel that you belong there. My balance, blood pressure and overall health and attitude have improved immensely since I started taking classes. I highly recommend visiting this studio from very beginners to advanced.
