I'm not experienced with yoga so I really can't comment on the style of the teachers, but what I can say is I always feel welcome here (meaning they're not snobbish- they're quite friendly), and the classes are small and they provide personal attention. The space is small but nice and well stocked with mats you can borrow, blankets, blocks, everything you need. We had tea after one of my classes.
