I've been taking Pilates and Lagree for years, and when I say Wendy is the best of the best, I truly mean it. A lot of studios won't correct your form and just let you move however you feel like even if it's wrong. If that's what you're looking for, her classes probably aren't for you. But if you want to be pushed, encouraged, and actually make sure you're doing everything correctly and safely this is it. Wendy is incredibly attentive. She remembers every client, their specific needs, injuries, and goals, and she'll adjust and correct you in real time to make sure you're getting the most out of each movement. Hands down one of the best Pilates studios in SD! Wendy,the owner, is just top notch. Her teaching style is such a rarity in comparison to any other studio I've been to. She's so detail oriented and hands on. She really pays attention to each person even within a full class and gives you the best instruction and guidance!
