If you like to wear more unique brands, this store carries lines from New York and L.A., including Line & Dot, Anlo and Yumi Kim. The quality is fantastic - luscious, cozy, elegant fabrics and designs - sexy & sophisticated, inspired by more than a hint of Paris, and most of the pricing is reasonable, although there are a few higher-end price tags about the store. Ribkoff's clothes are expensive but great materials and flattering cuts make purchasing his designs a great investment. Located just south of the Edmonton city cemetery and literally behind (north) of Oliver Square. It can be a little tricky to find the first time. I have friends that have found some fabulous treasures here in the clothing liquidations but I haven't found that hidden Easter Egg yet. The layout is kinda like a thrift store but way less organized. You need time when you come here to sort and sift through the garbage to find the gems. Also, sign up for their email online for advance notice of sales and coupons. It's a fun little liquidation warehouse but it could be improved significantly with better organization and layout.

I loved the tree at the entrance to the store used to display local jewellery! I found most of the clothing a little out of my price range - but many beautiful pieces none the less. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous little change purse after drooling over dozens and dozens of items. Someone had spilled a bottle of perfume at the counter and it took my breathe away due to my COPD. I told the cashier I would wait by the door while they got my change ready and then I would come and get it. Cashier said that was fine. While I was at the door the manager berated me saying that they would not walk my change across the store to me. I told her I didn't want that and had not requested that. The manager kept repeating herself and was forcing me to try and breathe around the fumes. I finally had to cover my nose and mouth with my shirt in order to breathe. The manager kept repeating herself and I kept replying the same thing. I didn't think she heard me because of the shirt so I raised my voice so that she could hear me. She said to me "just because you are OLD doesn't mean you can raise your voice to me". This is a clear contravention of the Alberta Human Rights Act. When I asked for her head office contact, she refused to tell me.

The latter is one of the biggest, brightest Safeways I have ever visited. Accessible from outside entrances are a cannabis shop and Liquor Depot. There's a mostly older demographic, as well as kids from nearby schools, but there's pretty much everything someone would need in terms of essentials, as well as a few out off the way surprised, like the music stores.
