Of the 4 bids, his was the lowest and one other was a bit higher. The other two were over $43K and the bid for gutters were over double what Jose provided. I went over all 4 scopes of work and walked the roof with Jose and his scope of work was identical to the $43K roofers. His gutter bid was also the lowest. I typically don't go with the lowest bid, but dealing directly with the owner vs. high pressure salespeople, was a deciding factor. Jose and his workers showed up on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every day and did a fantastic job. The roof and gutter installation was perfect. I walked the roof with Jose and he pointed out what they did, what was included in the bid and what repairs were necessary. I would highly recommend Zamora Roofing.
