So disappointed in the lousy service Kubota consistently provides. The latest is we were sold 2 "new" tires on the front and they were used and would not hold air. The service manager that sold us these tires disputed my husbands observations. The new service manager, Stephanie, agreed with my husband that the tires were used NOW we have had our tractor at Kubota for over 3 weeks and for new tires and simple service and today Stephanie told me that the parts are in but that we had to "email" them for approval to proceed with the service (which my husband did) and that she would "try" to get the work done. I told Stephanie no more excuses, get it done. Ewald and service in Floresvile is an oxymoron, the service doesn't exist. I wish we had purchased a John Deere. read more

This review is for the Floresville Kubota location. We purchased a new rtv here and the rims were rusting on it within a month. The service manager told us "You must have driven through some mud to cause that " and quoted almost a thousand dollars to fix/replace what should have been a warranty item. I suppose we shouldn't be driving in mud in an rtv these days. Vehicle has been garage kept and no off roading- just drive around our property for basic chores. I have rims on multiple other vehicles many years old with no rust. There was a small bent bracket that was preventing the tailgate from closing. We could have bent it back with a pair of pliers in about 15 seconds ourselves but since it is our first (and last) Kubota product and under warranty we decided to wait and ask if it would damage it to simply bend it back ourselves to be safe. Mathew did no work at all until he heard from us to accept the maintenanc/repair quote. When I told him to go ahead and do the regular scheduled maintenance but not the 1000.00 rim work he informed me they had already bent the brac back and would be charging us 80.00 for the labor on top of the maintenance. 80.00 to bend a bracket. We never got a choice or any communication until it was discovered they weren't going to make a huge profit replacing their crappy rims. Communication is less than stellar. It is made clear that actually talking to the customer on the phone is not what Mathew wants. Was told he prefers everything done by text message. That's fine to a point but not when you have a question or need to discuss options. Then you can leave a message with another department and never get a call back or sit on hold listening to Jerry Clower comic skits. I never want to hear Jerry Clower again in my life. Very inappropriate niche audience material to have as an on hold recording for every customer. Once on the phone, pleasant enough but you definitely don't feel very valuable as a customer. There is a huge disconnect in this office with nobody that can handle a simple transaction when one person is out. Two hours on the phone to try and prepay before picking up our machine. Then, picking up, one poor guy that hasn't been trained to deal with a simple, common transaction for this business and is obviously very anxious about the repercussions of making a mistake. I truly felt for him. We may have to return here in a tight spot but only in a tight spot. read more

I took my Ford 8 N tractor previously to have some major engine work done when I was restoring it back to working condition. I was so happy with the work and how I was treated that I returned when I had an electrical issue. So many businesses today just want to replace parts rather than taking to time to figure out the root of the problem. My generator/ voltage regulator issue gave them a challenge. I have to say that Daniel and the mechanics hung in there and were able to figure out this old technology and fix the problem. An aspect worth mentioning that impressed me was that the dealership hired a young man for the summer who helps his dad restore tractors. They allowed him to take the lead on my tractor since he had knowledge of these old tractors which saved me some money and offered him the ability to grow in his skill, confidence, and his ability to take on responsibility. I appreciate that this business is supporting the next generation as they make their first steps in a profession. I was so impressed with the young man's critical thinking and interpersonal skills that I will be giving him a professional recommendation to whichever educational program he applies. His dad should be very proud of him. I have been working my tractor very hard and it is still running perfectly thanks to Daniel and the mechanics. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received. Daniel kept me well informed and offered me options. He respected my decisions and saved me some money. These people have earned my thanks and respect. When I buy a new tractor, this dealership will certainly receive my business. read more

My son purchased me a used diesel mower for $2200. Got it home with no gas , no hydraulic fluid no dipstick . Used it for 3 hours put it away cause grass was just dead at the time of summer. After taking it back out and remember only used it for 3 hours it was broke down . Took it in for repair and was a cylinder in the hydraulic lift. Wanted $1200 to repair ! After arguing with the general manager and being called a liar as well as this manager having the poorest customer service skills around the shop manager Mathew somehow got the repair to $400. Well this was a trade in mower, absolutely nothing worked on and my son bought it cause he felt the BS from the salesman was trustworthy. I will never do business with this company again . I was going to buy from Bills tractor where I always take my business but my son trying to be helpful falls for this salesman crock of lies . Now I need to somehow resale this POS before the repairs start added up . I would suggest bills Tractors! And the labor cost is outrageous, poor customer service and really just don't give a damn about their customers read more

Went to the Corpus Christi dealership to buy a tractor Ruben ran my credit said I had a good rating just not enough credit history no problem brought my wife in the next to run her credit came in the following day and he tells my wife she doesn't have enough credit he never ran her credit she was livid so we called seguin and talked to Monty Explained what went on in corpus he actually ran my wife's credit got her approved for a loan great made an appointment drove 2 hrs in the rain to look at the used Tractor Monty didn't get up from his desk just stated he was busy with paperwork and would be with us when I don't know at this point I looked out on to the sales lot at the used Tractor determined it was to ruff for the asking price walked back over to Monty cubicle told him we were leaving that the Tractor was to ruff for The money he said ok and we left . This place appears to be honest, but don't be fooled. They charge extremely high service prices and charge five hours of labor even if they finish the repair in three hours. Also, the trade ins are paid extremely low compared to what they sell them for. Go to another brand or place. read more

If there was a place for zero stars I would. Everyone was glad to see you until you have a problem with your tractor and need warranty work. Then they first assume it's something you did. Over a month later I finally have my tractor repaired because the manager Will 'wasn't familiar filling out warranty paperwork'. Nobody there was helpful the only answer the service manager Mark had was that Kubota didn't want to warranty the tractors computer. Complete incompetence is the easiest way to describe Floresville Kubota. Stay as far away there as you can or you will have the worst experience ever!!!! read more
