The staff was friendly and very helpful but I also loved the feeling as other "regulars" were shopping and you could tell that this was a welcoming shop. I've talked to somebody else in the office and she didn't know anything that I had already emailed to Amanda so there's not communication in the office between the employees. I was really excited to work on a shirt with them but they won't let me talk to the designer and basically if you want something other than just words on your shirt you need to find a designer and have the artwork done first then send it to them. They won't refer you to any artists either. It just seems like more trouble than it's worth trying to get a shirt printed here. I'm gonna have to go elsewhere but I really would've liked to have given them my business and shopped local. It's like pulling teeth trying to get an order in. Very disappointed.
