Updated review- Kathryn reached out to me and resolved the issue by voiding the new charge and offering to fix the onsie. Very professional on her part. First of all, their work is really beautiful. My items are monogrammed and the quality is excellent. The store is gorgeous with many wonderful products and intricate monograms. Apparently they hired a new front desk person and she has no idea what she is doing. It was a mess, I was there for a long time and wanted certain things I screenshotted from their Instagram. I ended up simplifying my order because I didn't want it to get messed up. She did measurements and what not and I said that was good (I did not choose the measurements, she just grabbed the tape measure, showed me some inches, and asked if that was good. I didn't know she was new or anything I just assumed she knew what she was doing. I also chose a certain monogram type "victor" for an outfit and then needed a font on a hat to match but she just said "victor" as well, which isn't a font apparently but at the time I didn't know. She charged me and I paid. I ended up calling after the weekend to clarify the hat font would be in cursive and that's when I was told she was new, that wasn't a font, and she didn't even charge me correctly! It was going to be $40 more! I went back and made smaller sizes for everything and when I went to pickup it was that same girl, not the one I worked with on the phone to change sizes, and I was still charged $40. I didn't even bother to ask her if it should be less because I went smaller than what was quoted because I didn't want to confuse her anymore. She needs serious training. People pay a lot of money there. Then I got home and noticed the monogram on my baby outfit was not in fact "victor" like I asked but fishtail which doesn't match the hat at all. So customer service was horrible because of the new hire. But the work is truly beautiful. If you use them, make sure you are DILIGENT and clear with what you want. read more

Rebecca is AMAZING. I walked into the store at 4:30 pm (they close at 5 pm) and she patiently helped me pick out the perfect monograms for my parents' towels for their new bathroom. She even mocked up the design to make sure the sizing/scale was perfect for the hand vs. bath towels. I mentioned that the bathroom was being remodeled in Carrara marble and BM White Dove; she happily pulled 3 different white/cream thread colors. Her taste is flawless and the service is outstanding. Great service! I needed a makeup bag monogrammed in two days and they happily took care of it for me. Most embroidery shops require that you buy the item in their store, while they do not. Jennifer was wonderful. Took extremely good care of me. I was up to the last minute, trying to get a 'day of' gift for my fiance on our Wedding day. I placed the order on Friday or Saturday for 2 shirts and 1 onesie with a specific print and she was able to get it to me by Tuesday. The original colors for one or two pieces weren't available, but she (wisely) used her judgement and found me colors that were perfect. I trust her completely and appreciate her professionalism. I went there a week before Christmas and was told that due to high demand my item would not be ready until 01/05/17 which I understood. I went to pick it up on the date that I was told and was told it was not ready, even though I was upset as I had gone out of my way to pick it up I completely understood once again. I than received a call an hour after leaving saying my item was ready! I'm yet to pick up my item but am hoping the store will be open and available to fine my item Monday. read more
