When I brought it back, the staff initially agreed to an exchange for other items. However, after we spent time picking out $40 worth of replacement goods and went to the checkout, they suddenly changed their mind and refused the exchange. They blamed us for 'improper use' instead of taking responsibility for their faulty product. Even the manager didn't care and showed zero interest in resolving the issue I ended up leaving the rusted cauldron right there in the store because it's unusable

Yes, they are a wholesale store but they don't have a great selection and they don't have very good quality produce. Costco has the best meat and some of the best produce in the city and Real Canadian Wholesale Club just can't compete. I also find that this place is not very clean. Even though the product had not moved I was charged a 20% restocking fee which amounted to over $220.00 dollars even though I still purchased the smaller unit that was only $40 cheaper it cost me way more. No issue with the product but careful of their "Policys" as they will squeeze you for every dollar !

They have clothes, food, home decor, tools, office supplies and more! The store is tidy and well organized. It's also fairly straightforward to figure out what each aisle contains. I found a True Religion T shirt for my toddler for $9. A 6 pack of toddler socks for $6. A 3 pack of baby socks for $1.50. My mom bought many cans of coconut milk for $1 each. I saw Starbucks coffee grounds and brand name cereals. They have some good stuff if you have the time and patience to look around. The items are new with tags. However, not all the items here are in perfect condition so you do need to make sure your item doesn't have a flaw you can't live with. You can find some pretty low priced items that would be fine condition for gifts. This is a new location that moved from another location nearby. This location is a bit hidden from the main roads compared to the previous place. They have a number of stores in our area. I will be back!

I can't help but feel ripped off when I visit staples... the same cannot be said for here! They have a wide selection of display items that are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and willing to help you find what you're looking for... sometimes you may have to stand in line at the counter while they finish up with another customer, but they'll help you find what you need. If you're looking for reasonably priced display items, then make sure you stop here and check out what they have before you spend too much somewhere else!

I've only been to this particular Costco once but it is a nice new one. The parking lot seemed a…read morebit more awkward than most and there were obstacles blocking some of the far off parking spots but otherwise our trip here was pretty standard for a Costco shopping trip. We found what we were seeking and had a lovely shopping trip in general. I find that every time I visit a new-to-me Costco location, I spot some stuff that I either never see at my normal location or that my normal location simply doesn't carry and that is a lovely perk. We were shopping later in the day on a Saturday than we normally do do I can't really tell if this location is any busier than our preferred spot or anything but it was a good trip.
