For my return, that was defective, i received a refund butI was charged a 20% restocking fee ($33). When I contacted customer service I was informed: #1 Restocking fees were charged at the discretion of the store manager #2 The store cannot remove display items for purchase or return #3 I would have to had purchased the extended warranty for full refund #4 Item would have to be returned unused in original box (hello, how would you know it was defective if you hadn't used it) #5 it would be necessary for me to have upgraded to make the return for full purchase price possible I have done carpenter work for 30+ years. I have purchased items at this store in the past. I'm not new to nail guns. Not only was this item a defective due poor quality, but the stores optional "restocking" fee is unacceptable.
